Asking for personal bank information by Horrible technical support
I had an account and everything was awesome, fun slots and good wins (till I lost them obviously lol) but one day I went to go log in and it wouldn’t let me in no matter what I would do, I even deleted and re downloaded the app with no success… I only had 6 cents left so it wasn’t that big a deal but thats beyond the point so I got on a live chat with technical support and they swore up and down that nothing was wrong even tho I did everything I could for them to prove I couldn’t get into my account so by the end of it I was just like ok I don’t care please just delete my account at this point, and they made the biggest deal out of it and said they couldn’t delete my account without giving my 6 cents back so I was like ok just send it to the card I deposited with and they told me that it didn’t work and that they needed my account number and all kinds of information that is very sensitive, so all they did for me by the end was suspend my account and told me if I wanna delete it I have to give them my bank info and that’s it, so if you wanna save yourself the trouble DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️
