I never get any bonuses. My friend came on here for the first time and hit 10,000.

Registered my account, typed in the password wrong one time and they closed my account without me ever even logging in. When I contacted customer service they stated they can do that for no reason and would not attempt to resolve in any way. When I said it seemed like a scam for personal information they sent a long message stating how they collect data and how to contact about having data removed. In the explanation it stated that they may refer me to the customer they collected data for. When I asked if they were a third party verifier they stated they were not. So who is the customer they would be referring me to? Very very sketchy just glad I never added any card or banking information.

I play all the casino available in Michigan and Bet365 is by far the worst. Glitchy interface, games won’t display you having any credit, bonuses not paying out, and a 15x playthrough for bonuses. Like that’s insane. I highly doubt I’ll ever deposit into Bet365 again.
