Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work at all, gives no option to login with your password, only to email you a link to login which then doesn’t redirect you back into the app so I’m stuck using the browser version

This app genuinely does not work. I’m stuck in an endless loop of getting an email link to log in and then getting sent right back to request another link. How is this thing live?
Disappointing
Could be so much better, but seemingly no investment in quality - can’t buy in the app etc. The recent update has lost my pass too!
Please fix
App blows. Nothing works correctly and it's lame that it's being used by gyms.
Utter rubbish
App hardly ever functions properly and not the only decent bit of adding passes to Apple Wallet has stopped working too!

When trying to add pass to apple wallet it just errors out

It's frustrating that I am forced to use this bug-ridden app when my key card was working perfectly. After the initial difficulties linking my gym membership to the app, I have one major complaint: my membership QR code takes 30-60 seconds to load. I'm sick of waiting by the scanner to load my QR code. Please fix this issue before focusing on the numerous other bugs.

Absolutely terrible. Who even made this? Are they even trying to fix the app? Forced to use it to enter my comp scores
why reinvent the wheel
This app was launched way before it was ready to be used by customers. The events calendar is not functional. This app is making my gym membership worthless without access to the calendar to reserve spots in fitness classes.
No good
Terrible app. Dates to sign up for events are incorrect, app is slow, it always telling me to “buy more” even though I am a member at my gym. I miss scanning in with a key tag…
Hinderance and waste of time
This app is making me reconsider my gym membership. The calendar is consistently wrong and automatically redirects you to events happening on other days when you try to click on specific dates.
You can’t even book classes through the app. Every time I am considering going to a class, I have to call the gym to find out if that class is actually happening that day, and then have them manually book me in.
Even the QR code to sign in takes so long to actually scan. It’s a worthless app for those of us who don’t go to multiple gyms and don’t care about tracking sends.

Does not work
I can log in but it does not generate my gym pass or any of my payment information. I just states “visit front desk for help”.
terribly made app
barely works, constant black screens so I have to reload it, won’t let me join my gym’s climbing league, possibly the worst app i’ve ever used

An incredibly poor and unnecessary app. Never works properly. Makes purchasing passes a very frustrating experience.

Can’t add second account
No way to add a second user using the same email - so I can’t log in and access my child’s classes or passes. Automatically takes me to my own profile without option to sign in to another either during login or once you’re in.
Also - if you search “my gyms” you can find a gym but no way to add it in the app. Which negates the feature.

Awful
The app never works properly, been trying to add my name to my gym’s league for 2 days just totally unresponsive. Always has some different new issue
Simply does not work
This app will not log me in to my account. The email link I get sends me straight back to another request for an email link.
Cart before the horse
This app has a plethora of the most amazing ideas I’ve ever seen yet its execution is nothing short of pathetic. To call this a glitch ridden piece of junk would be overly generous bc at least a glitch ridden app would work sometimes. Total garbage.
Terrible user experience/UX
The local climbing gym recently switched to this app and saying it’s been underwhelming so far is an understatement. The iOS app never remembers me or even has the option to. I open the app, click sign in with email, have to re-enter my email each time, then it sends a “magic link”. That link opens my browser and then I have to click through a bunch of stuff to get to the QR code to sign in. I tried adding to my Apple Wallet but all that does is download a weird file and nothing goes in the wallet. This QR code apparently changes each visit, so the usual workaround of screen shotting it also doesn’t work. Tried multiple browsers and multiple connections (WiFi, 5G, etc) and same result.
All in all, there’s really nothing positive about this app/system.
