Pointless!

Won’t work unless I validate my mobile number. Problem is that the code only comes through 24-48 after requested, meaning the code has expired.

Buggy, confusing, poorly designed all-around

App freezes at startup now. Before, it used to work, but the UI was so confusing as to be nearly useless. I try and avoid Betallingservice whenever possible

Doesn’t work

I have downloaded the app to “easily” pay bills. However, it doesn’t correctly allow you to register credit card information. So it’s impossible to pay anything. The app is broken and useless. Furthermore, they do not even allow you to pay the bill after the deadline has passed. With no way to pay, I get charged an extra penalty when they finally send me an actual bill with account details that allow me to pay. This is outright thievery. These crooks should be sued for negligence. If I could give zero stars I would.

Det er nærmest ynkeligt, hvor ringe den her app er. Man kan ikke tilføje mandater uden at skulle tilføje en bankkonto. Men mine konti er allerede tilføjet, og det fatter app’en ikke.

Hej og tak for din feedback. Det burde være muligt at tilføje dit kort hvis du går ind via indstillinger -> håndter kort. Jeg vil anbefale dig at prøve at af og geninstallere app'en inden. Says you can only pay invoice type 71...but you can’t

Since version 1.7.9, the version history says that you can only pay invoice type 71. But it turns out, that if you try to pay an invoice type 71, it says you can’t.

Is this an error? Would be nice to hear from the developers.

If you can’t pay type 71, which the app is limited to, then what can you actually pay?

Dear plandersen, If the Creditor have no agreement with Betalingsservice as a Creditor, then you can´t pay this in the App. - please contact the Creditor for this information. Br. René-Betalingsservice

Virker ikke længere

Efter opdatering kan man ikke længere logge ind - app virkede fint inden omend ikke særlig bruger venlig. Elendig app må man konkludere

Unanle to add a card

It would seem that the app does not register my Danish credit card for payments. Have tried to set it up three times.
I can only see the card registered to make payments towards, from my bank account.

Inkompatibel med iPhone iOS 13.1.3

Appen virker ikke med iPhone iOS 13.1.3 (p.t. den nyeste software til iPhone 8). Første gang skal man logge ind med NemID. Når dette er gjort, kommer på skærmen en besked om at oplysninger behandles. Derefter crasher appen.

BS app..??

You should reconsider your texts. The “BS app” - really..!? Since all users would know the Danish language, why don’t just write the text in Danish, at BS app would not ring any bells.
The app in it self it completely useless and does nothing for me, that cannot be done in my bank app.

Crap App

It is not possible to set up bills from your bank account so when your credits cards expire you're back to square 1

Crappy web-based app with too small fonts to read.
