Avoid

They draw you in with a promotion, then they don’t give it to you. When you ask why, they want proof of the promotion, screenshots, links, where you saw it. Then they speak to management who say they’ll look into it. What an absolute con!

Poor navigation

No link back to main site after deposit. Get take. To Betfair exchange after you view a promotion. Click on certain slots and you get taken to bingo chat room. Try clicking on same game there and it just refreshes bingo room. Constantly have to turn iPad off and on again just to get to the actual bingo all. Terrible

Great app, love playing all my favourite games on the go. Glad to see there are more slots too than some of the other apps. Had to transfer cash from main wallet to bingo wallet which is a bit odd, hoping this will be changed!

Put funds in main wallet. Cannot use in bingo

When I deposit via the Bingo App- it puts it in my main wallet and I cannot transfer to use in bingo on a mobile device. So pointless for me on iPhone 5c

Worst app ever

Ask me to deposit money and didn't gave me any credit. I asked the app customer support for help but instead of helping, they suspended my account. Worst app ever.

Just Won about £40 & where is it? This site is cheap rubbish so don't waste your money! Ok I think I should explain, you are given £20 bonus to play with when you credit Betfair £10 ok so you think if I win £40 on a line on bingo you get £20 cash for yourself after you have took off the £20 bonus they have given you right well they don't, I have won a few times today & my winnings are no where to be seen, might as well play on one of the kids apps.
