Signed up was having fun. Tried withdrawing, that was a nightmare. Nothing works like it should and NOTHING is straightforward. I know it’s a betting site but after playing it was so frustrating to navigate and when asking how much longer I need to wait for my winning the “agent” gives a copy and paste answer thanks. The first picture on the app preview clearly states free spins without deposit or wagering. But immediately after downloading and registering it asks for deposit of £10 to get the free spins. This kind of fake information should not be allowed on the App Store. It should be removed immediately and the app should provide the free bait gift it offered to all who downloaded the app. Gambling is already something that causes addiction. Tricking people into starting gambling is fraud, and aiding addiction. They are gaining downloads and sign ups through lies. And should be removed from the App Store until they have been made to fully resolve this.
