No runner sort option
In the latest update the runners are sorted numerically. However if you resort by odds there is no way to revert back to number order. The previous version had the ability to revert. Please bring this feature back
Slow withdrawals getting greedier with commission
Slow withdrawal time and continues to increase the commission they take from your winnings ! When you win they win by taking 8% of your winning and they’ll probably increase their commission soon too just like all typical large companies do get greedier by day

Don't use
Used for the first time today. I had set my odds and the horse won. I had won close to $2000. However I haven't recieved the money in the my account and they haven't shown it in the betslip. They have only shown loses so I have no proof. Absolute waste of time and money. Should shutdown the app absolute scammers

Absolutely trash app, made a account and a deposit. Nothing appears in account within first 24 hours, fast forward 3 days. I’ve sent 3 emails to their poor excuse of “customer service” and even tried to contact their instagram page and still no reply from anyone and my money is gone. Disgusting service.

I’ve always liked it and I think I always will. It would be awesome to have a debit card attached for fast cash withdrawals or weekend withdrawals processed. Overall no complaints though.

Very disappointed that not only do Betfair charge a massive commission, which offsets any benefit that might be gained from average marginally better odds, they are not transparent and forthcoming about charging commission. Instead, they show how much you’ve won and leave you to guess how much they’ve taken out of your remaining balance.

Betfair are increasing the fees to 6-8% for most markets. Nrl is already 10%. Way too high

Outdated
It’s a really outdated app doesn’t accommodate fast withdrawals so if you miss the cut of time on a Friday you wont receive your winnings till at least Monday night needs to come up to date with all the other betting apps to stay relevant if your after a quick withdrawal time do not use
Warning!!
They promote bet stop, but I’d like to warn anyone that registers with bet stop and then tries to re open your account with bet fair, they will block you forever. Also, they keep all your identity documentation, who knows what they do with them because I’ve had scammers try calling me and also people trying to blackmail me….its a bit of coincidence that this has happened, it’s allegedly happened to other people I know that have gone through the same situation with betfair.

Into the 3rd day waiting for verification….. next they are gonna ask for DNA. App deleted….. most apps verify instantly….. it’s 2024 bit 1984….. bye
