Misleading Promotions & Poor Odds
Absolutely terrible betting app. The odds are consistently some of the worst I’ve seen. A selection paying around $3.00 on other bookmakers is often only around $1.80 on BetFocus. Even short-priced favourites are noticeably lower than competitors, which means you’re getting far less value on every bet.
Their so-called promotions and “deposit matches” are incredibly misleading. They’ll advertise something like a 10% deposit match up to $500, but to actually receive the full $500 bonus bet you’d need to deposit an enormous amount of money. It’s designed to look generous when, in reality, very few customers could ever benefit from the maximum offer.
There’s also little to no loyalty for regular customers. Long-term users get next to nothing compared to what other betting apps offer.
If you enjoy getting the best odds and genuine value, look elsewhere. BetFocus offers poor prices, weak promotions, and very little incentive to stay. I won’t be using this app again.
