Worship streaming closes after a few mins of watching
Worship streaming closes after a few mins of watching, attempting to re-open the app and select the session again select the timestamp (doesnβt freeze at the timestamp where it stopped either) makes it difficult to find where it quit.
Video issues after update
This latest Dec 25 update has a lot of video changes it seems, at least under the covers. Freezing, issues with turning horizontal, issues with irresponsive controls. Otherwise a great app, pls fix for a return to 5 stars.
Chat will not load.
Chat has continuously not able to load. Have contacted developer, per developer says to delete cashe. Still not working. Deleted app several times. Was a good app. π’
Intro/outro suggestion (grateful!)
I wanted to let you know that in recent times, after years of listening to your wonderful podcast on iTunes, I have noticed that the intro and outro added to the sermon of the week is significantly louder than the sermon itself. Multiple times I have experienced this at the end as suddenly a bit jarring. I wanted to give you all the feedback that it would be very helpful to have the intro and outro be pretty close to the same volume as the sermon for an ideal listening experience.

An ever Sunday listen
This is a season where the Holy Spirit is moving in great power. I attend an on-fire , Spirit led, Spirit filled(to running over) church. Then I come home and join the Bethel worship time. Then I take that out into the world and share with everybody. I love you guys. β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈπͺοΈπͺοΈπͺοΈπ₯π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯

Decent
Whether it is on the iPhone, an Internet browser, or a smart TV, the response is all the same. They all take forever to load and lag when trying to fast-forward or rewind. I have also had to sign in many times simply because I paused or exited something. However, when it does work how it is supposed to, it is top-tier quality and content. Overall, if you have patience, it is worth using.

For Apple TV
Works great on Apple TV. Not ready for iPad or iPhone yet. Even had issues with their site loading and control with Safari and Chrome. But if youβre interested in a subscription via Apple TV, go for it, the blessings from God that Bethel delivers, you will not disappointed.
Needs more attention
Having difficulties opening videos from different speakers. App will not open on the first try, opens and closes again immediately. Many videos for different speakers are out of order and have incorrect dates. It needs some organization and clean up. School of Technology students could be helpful here. I am hopeful that improvements will be made, love you all!
