Poor service

They pay relatively quickly but the customer service is abysmal, feel like they can’t be bothered speaking to you, no hi or hello, just a straight reply to question.

Also don’t admit to mistakes and punish the punter for their errors.

Had a promotion for the Everest in my account, deposited 10 dollars but then when I tried to confirm bet aid it wasn’t available anymore, very poor for the to not honour it, as it was there mistake, will not be using this bookie again
