First time
Realized i had an addiction when I couldn’t stop thinking about the next thing to blow my money on in an attempt to chase back some losses. It’s a cycle i couldn’t break until i found this app.
One day or day one?
I was scared to quit gambling because I was worried I’d have nothing else to do. This app helped me build a new routine and in 30 days i barely think about gambling anymore. Highly recommend.
Expected a lot more
Really was not a fan of the mood tracker. Overall the app feels very static. I wanted to see more info on the harms of gambling but you aren’t given any. I can not see myself using this long term.
