Constant issues
There are constant issues with the geolocation system. Never once have had an issue on the sportsbook app. I have received the ‘warning’ 7 times in three weeks on the poker app. It kicks you out in the middle of tournaments and ‘support’ offers none.
Predictable losses
I have played many of the games in this app. And before I was “gold member” I would lose some and win some like any slot. But now that I have had some big wins and big losses I have noticed that it takes more money just to get a semi decent win on any game at any time. Also once you have almost maxed a bonus bar on a slot that will give you its bonus once it’s maxed. You have to spend outrageous amounts of money just to hopefully hit for a 10x your bet. I would only recommended using this app for 3 months max. Get your few big wins on slots and delete the app. Unless you are strictly using it for poker. But poker is even pretty wishy washy because your opponent that has only one out will hit it on you at a way higher rate than any one person ever should. I literally watched a person take 3 people out of a tournament in back to back to back hands while being the chip leader and have no reason to do what they did and that happened. So all in all if you don’t mind confusion sometimes then go for it

Live roulette is def rigged
I bet a large amount on live roulette and the dealer did a half-hearted spin of the ball that barely made it around the wheel once and wouldn’t you know it, right on one of the numbers I would lose on. It was so blatant the dealer knew how much effort to put into the spin it was ridiculous. You might be able to win small amounts, but DO NOT bet big on live roulette. I can’t speak on any other games.

Customer service is a joke and their payment processing is a joke. They just debited my Venmo for $300 and it never hit my BetMGM account. They told me it happens and it will
eventually refund back to Venmo after 3 days. Hahaha are you kidding me????? Idiots! And now they respond to my review and tell me to reach out to customer service… wow! These idiots at BetMGM will say anything but do nothing! I did reach out to customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do or willing to do to help me. They said to reach out to my bank!! My bank said there is nothing they can do until the transaction posts! The transaction is still pending and we are on day 4 and I’m still without $300. BetMGM could have given me a courtesy credit or something and they told me I didn’t qualify! Hahaha such bad customer service. Avoid BetMGM at all costs and go to Fanatics or FanDuel! There reward programs are so much better anyway!! Please choose another online casino/Sportsbook like fanatics or FanDuel! They offer more anyway and their customer service isn’t worthless like BetMGM.

Laughable
I have played this site for a little while. You win when you first sign up but than that slacks off. Talked with many players that have experienced the same trend. It lets you win a couple big scores in the beginning than it’s remarkable how many questionable run outs happen as you get close to the money. The remarkable run outs have gotten so ridiculous I have removed my money and closed account. When you have 3 tournaments in a weekend that your boat gets run down by a straight flush and 4 others that higher boat gets beat by quads it’s time to leave. You have better odds of hitting the lottery 2 days in a row than that kind of run down. Site is a money trap and NOT LEGIT!!!!

Takes all your bonus play
Every time I get a bonus, I go to play the cards and it just takes it right away. I don’t even get to pay a hand and it takes it the whole bonus away, it’s a scam and a damn shame , I have wasted 200k with this site …AT LEAST 200K, and you used to call me and give me 100 dollars in free play and I don’t even get any of that anymore, I don’t think I am going to be playing on this site for much longer…. It is a shame I have wasted all that money and don’t seem to have a good chance of winning anything anymore…. Thank you for your time …..

You are so eager to end the game and collect your money that you don’t even take the time to show the hand that eliminates me from the tournament. In addition you’re so eager to get onto the next hand you don’t give time to understand the results of the current hand. In other words, not enough time to see the cards that determine the final result of the head. The player experience suffers because of your eagerness end the game and take your rake.
