Am I actually playing people or robots… cuz it honestly seems like bots these days how they always hit on the river no matter what two cards they have ….: kinda sickening I play for 30 min don’t win a single hand and down half my stack yet again.. such fun times … so much for being a loyal customer … more like paycheck donater these days …

Glitchy scams
It’s a tiny bit better than your algorithm driven (GAMBLING…lol) slot machines! You need to have your lotto licensing corporation that has oversight over your fair gameplay odds agreement

For poker, there’s a lot of bugs. Sometimes freezes in between hands for many minutes holding players up. Sometimes can’t verify you’re in Ontario mid session despite not changing network or moving location and then locks you out. Just messy software.

Kicked out of game
I was in a game and recd a message that they were no longer able to confirm i was in Ontario!! I was in 3rd place. The game kept auto folding my hands. By the time i figured out that maybe logging out and logging back in might work, i was down one hundred thousand chips. Still made it to the final table and finished fourth. Not fair.

I would love to tell you if the app works well or how the gameplay is but I can’t as I was blocked from making any deposits on my very first deposit. 24/7 support just tells you they can’t do anything and to wait 72 hours for an email.
Worst GUI known to man
The poker interface is just awful… so outdated to the point where I am so revolted by the user interface I choose to use other platforms just for a better graphical user interface. Absolutely despicable for a billion dollar corporation to spend chump change on the design of this god awful app.

Most other poker apps have much less problem locating Ottawa players. The last two months has also seen CONSTANT freezing after hands
game hangs mudway
keeps kicking me out mid game every time. all of a sudden the game shows empty after a small blind amd big blind. happens every time in cash games. end up loosing my luck and money. invariably i have to move out of the table or am kicked out
