Can’t withdraw your winnings at all even when you play with your money
I deposited $80 and they matched it making it $160 all bonus credits including the real money. Won over $100 outside the given bonus credits but winnings are only bonus credits and can’t withdraw a dime. So what’s the point in playing if you can’t withdraw your winnings when you’ve used real money so technically BetMGM owes me over $100 in winnings. Don’t recommend

Sign up bonuses are fake.
They do not honor any sign up bonuses or free spins even when meeting the requirements. I won a $10 bet with my own deposited money and they paid me out 20 cents instead of $17.20.

BetMGM closed my account
After using BetMGM for almost 4 years they decided to close my account for good without any reasons. There was no warning whatsoever. For people out there it is better to use other sportbook app.

It don’t offer you a cashout at right time. Making sure that you don’t make profit and you end up losing full money.
Location tracking is terrible
I can place a bet one minute, then the next minute they say they cannot trace my location or it’s unavailable, not allowing me to place a bet. I understand the concern about gambling in countries that are not permitted, however, lets be real here…I did not just leave the country in 2 minutes. Please resolve these location issues asap. This makes for a terrible experience on the app for all users affected by these location issues.
I also want to address that the notifications for games are no longer working. I do not get notified about my soccer bets, if anybody scores, nothing. This has been ongoing for over a month now. Please resolve the issue.

Bad sportsbook
Deposited 10 bucks to get the new player bonus bets and the app automatically applied the casino 100 percent match, so I couldn’t use the money to bet on games. Deposited another 25 to bet on games and won, was not credited with the $250 in bonus bets because only one new player promotion is allowed per account. Would have been nice if it didn’t automatically apply my first deposit to the casino bonus

Better sports books don’t pick this one
Out of all sports books this is by far just the slowest, it’s buggy and has terrible exclusive games. Not good promotions either. I put 100$ for a casino 100% match. Then i realize i have to wager FIFTEEN times the amount i had deposited. Funny enough my money was gone already not even after it wagered it 3 times the amount i had deposited. My dad also was trying to get the free 250$ from a 10$ bet yeah doesn’t work. And even If it does it shouldn’t be this confusing there are sports books that just were yesterday created that have a better system. DO BETTER!

Not worth it, use other platform
Spent three days trying to get verified, asked for the same documents multiple times. Asked for help with the only response being “just wait”. Then they forced closed my account with no explanation why. FanDuel and Bet365 all the way.
Account getting blocked
BetMGM blocked my account, and I wasn’t able to cash out my money. I had let my friend use my bank card because his card wasn’t working, and after that my account was restricted. I understand this may have violated their rules, but I wasn’t trying to do anything fraudulent. I wish they had given me a clearer explanation and a fair chance to resolve the issue instead of blocking my account. This was a very frustrating experience, especially because I couldn’t access my funds.
