Bad sportsbook
Deposited 10 bucks to get the new player bonus bets and the app automatically applied the casino 100 percent match, so I couldn’t use the money to bet on games. Deposited another 25 to bet on games and won, was not credited with the $250 in bonus bets because only one new player promotion is allowed per account. Would have been nice if it didn’t automatically apply my first deposit to the casino bonus

Not only is the UI and backend trash, they don’t grade bets properly. Steer clear.
Better sports books don’t pick this one
Out of all sports books this is by far just the slowest, it’s buggy and has terrible exclusive games. Not good promotions either. I put 100$ for a casino 100% match. Then i realize i have to wager FIFTEEN times the amount i had deposited. Funny enough my money was gone already not even after it wagered it 3 times the amount i had deposited. My dad also was trying to get the free 250$ from a 10$ bet yeah doesn’t work. And even If it does it shouldn’t be this confusing there are sports books that just were yesterday created that have a better system. DO BETTER!

The app is slow and buggy, one of the worst betting apps that I’ve used which is surprising for such a big gambling company. Also the promos suck

Not worth it, use other platform
Spent three days trying to get verified, asked for the same documents multiple times. Asked for help with the only response being “just wait”. Then they forced closed my account with no explanation why. FanDuel and Bet365 all the way.
Account getting blocked
BetMGM blocked my account, and I wasn’t able to cash out my money. I had let my friend use my bank card because his card wasn’t working, and after that my account was restricted. I understand this may have violated their rules, but I wasn’t trying to do anything fraudulent. I wish they had given me a clearer explanation and a fair chance to resolve the issue instead of blocking my account. This was a very frustrating experience, especially because I couldn’t access my funds.

App is too sensitive on iPhone. Unreliable when trying to select sports. Too sensitive to the touch when trying to make a bet. The app is super irritating to use

After accepting my ID I placed several futures bets. Then all of a sudden MGM decided they needed to authenticate my ID only now they decided to reject it.

Worst app I’ve ever used it’s been 3 months they blocked my account and never returned my money which I deposited for betting.

Terrible for parlays
This app doesn’t allow you to parlay and O/U game with a win/loss and a shot total in the NHL playoffs….this app is a joke, and I’m a real sports better,…I’m not bot reviewing. Lot better sports better apps out there
