Stop sport betting and go play craps
The worst Sportsbook. Needs to be investigated.
This Sportsbook is a complete fraud. So let me tell the story, I was lured in by the $250 deposit match that’s not actually a deposit match. What it actually is, is a false advertisement because it actually is a 25% deposit match. And that’s only if it works as they intend for it to work it may be even a smaller percentage like it was in my case. So what they actually require is for you to bet $1000 in order for you to use the sum of your alleged $250 deposit match. If you put $250 and bet it all the way through all you will have spent out of your deposit match is $62.50. On a site like FanDuel or DraftKings this would be called a 25% deposit match and it will actually work. At Bet Monarch their app doesn’t even work so after betting 70 to 100 bets, I still had $200 worth of deposit match funds that were not spent and it was all my own money. To add insult to injury, I was told by the person that works at the sports book that I could cash out my account 24 hours a day at the cage. So I stayed finished the game and went to the cage to take my winnings. However, I was informed they couldn’t cash me out at all. So I had to then make a second trip out to this casino that I had no intent of coming to accruing additional travel cost just to withdraw my money. And if you ask, why was I at the casino and why didn’t I just deposit and withdraw through the app? Great question it’s because it uses play plus play plus sucks and I could not get play plus to activate no matter what I tried. The final straw was on my return to the sports book while I was trying to get my money and I was informing the workers what occurred the previous night. I was threatened by the sports book manager, that he does not have to cash me out, and that he could instead call security and have me escorted out of the building, so I was also threatened to be robbed. Complete fraud, dishonest corrupt business, worst sportsbook, use at your own risk.

The only betting app that charges
So stupid, they charge you to deposit or withdraw money. They are treating it like an ATM. Literally the only sports betting app that charges you. No way in hell I’m going to pay when there are dozens of companies(apps) that don’t charge anything. They are just happy with you more than likely losing your money to them by betting, not robbing you multiple ways.

Don’t get it!
One of the biggest reason is when depositing, they will take your money but won’t give you credits to place your bets. I called a few times but kept getting a response of “I’ll have my manager give you a call back.” Never got one. The app is very glitchy, would recommend a different Sportsbook.

This app is so slow and doesn’t work half the time
