Customer service sucks
I have a screen shot of them telling me they have a known error signing in and sending the code which is the only way to get into your account. So be ready to possibly be able to play if they feel like letting you. This happened after a 100$ winning streak so seems kind of fishy, because my friend next to me could log in just fine. But I do win on here quite often and do enjoy it

Lack of Responsiveness
My experience with BetRivers has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have been repeatedly trying to login into my account but the strong authentication/security code is not being received on my end. I have verified the issue is not with my phone or carrier, as I have no problems receiving authentication codes from other sports betting platforms.
I have now had to speak with two different customer service agents Sam and Joey, and I feel like I am being forced to repeat the same situation over and over again, despite the fact that the issue was already documented during my initial conversation with support. I’ve completed the required identity verification multiple times, yet I’m still being asked additional steps that have done absolutely nothing to resolve the problem.
The lack of inconvenience and the lack of an effective resolution from BetRivers’ support team has been nothing but a dissatisfaction and just unacceptable. Also, their promotions are misleading and not nearly as appealing as they are made to appear.
Based on this experience, I absolutely CANNOT recommend BetRivers. Between ongoing login issues, repetitive customer service experience and what I consider misleading promotions, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had to deal with a sportsbook. BetRivers needs to seriously improve both its technical support and the way it handles its customer issues.

Having said that, the casino and using my earned points really screws me. The wheel spin seems crooked, I’ve never used my points, but the few times I have the wheel spin ALWAYS lands on the lowest money. I’ve actually purposely done it over and over to see if I can get anything other than the lowest. And it’s always the same.
Aside from that, I’ve used points towards casino slots and can’t for the life of me figure out how to access the slot games I purchased with my points. Then they expire and I lose my points that I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars to earn. It’s not good business and leaves me feeling really mind boggled.
I have a business and would never leave my customers feeling like they were lied to or manipulated.

Worst casino I have aver downloaded. Rarely gives bonuses and some games like rush bingo, you have to buy a ticket for and hope that it pops up for you to play because it doesn’t show right away. They rarely pay out, you might win 20 bucks and thats a big might. If you are lucky enough to win even a small amount, they will take it right back. Don’t waste your time or money

Worst sports betting app of all of the major ones. Constantly having location problems with the app. It’s not worth the hassle. Support is also slow to respond or help. I would use Draftkings, MGM or FanDuel
