Stolen my deposit and winnings over fictitious "open document request"
This company is criminal and the customer service is non-existent. I deposited 500 and won 200 and tried to withdrawal 700. They made me provide front and back of license, selfie, front and back of a credit card and a bank statement. After all of that was accepted they put me in account review and won't pay my initial 500 or the 200 I won with zero explanation or path to resolution. They keep saying look for an email from our review team that never comes. Filing a NJ gaming complaint soon.

John was my agent he was awesome. He explained everything to me about how much money I would receive because I lost money on my first day and I selected the promotion where you receive up to $500 back if you lose. I won money but didn’t stop when I should have so that’s on me. Overall I enjoyed playing their wide variety of games. I’ll be back soon.
