Terrible since update
Before the update I wasn’t doing so bad. Obviously gambling is a risk, but after 200$ straight and getting nothing but mediocre wins with no bonuses, free spins or substantial wins. It’s not worth wasting your money. Literally stand outside during a sunny day and get hit by lighting and you may have the same chance as you do at winning a substantial jackpot on this app.

Why do I need to use chrome?
This site makes it very difficult if u don’t use chrome. Somewhere along the lines it switched over to where you now need to use chrome to get all the games for someone who doesn’t really know how to use chrome or understand why it’s needed. It worked fine for years now they switched it, and it’s honestly a royal pain to use it’s very frustrating, only being able to play certain games because you don’t know how to use chrome. Unless you’re very computer literate use a different site. I’m using an iPad it’s horrible.
I’ve spoken to customer service several times, they say not all the games are available (I know they are, because the other games work fine on my phone) they’re no help. And I am using the app from the Apple Store, it still doesn’t work. So Im Assuming I won’t be able to use the app anymore. The other apps I get the games I can’t on Bet rivers. This app used to work fine now it doesn’t. I give up. I’ll go elsewhere

I’ve tried em all, this one is the best
The only casino app that has consistently paid out for me. I’ve had much more frustrating experiences on the other casino apps, even with their better bonus. I’ll take the app I can actually win on with smaller bonuses than vice versa. Best casino app and it ain’t close.
Glitch in app for live MLB wagering. Innings don’t display!
Whenever I see an update is available I get excited thinking the developers took heed and improved live MLB betting. No luck. As is, you have to flip from the first screen to another just to see the current inning. Even then, you won’t see the current inning displayed. You literally have to count through vertical separators such as this: 1-0|0-2|0-0| Those separators are the only clue that it’s the 3rd inning. It’s as if they don’t want users knowing the current inning inning when placing live bets, and the extra time it takes to figure out the inning means the odds could’ve changed. I’ve informed several chat agents, all of whom only promise to pass on the glitch to the team. All other sportsbooks show the current inning and other pertinent info for live bets…on screen 1.

Horrible app
This app is horrible. The user interface is terrible. The withdrawal process is horrible. The only thing they had going for them was a decent new user promo that brought a lot of customers. Now they got rid of that too and replaced it with a horrible promo. Overall, TERRIBLE app. Would only recommend to a friend if they brought back their $250 deposit match new user promo.

As good as any other
I am one of the biggest critics of casinos but I had to add a positive review here as it truly seems the negative reviews are not warranted. There are lots of games, they have decent bonuses (read fine print as always!) and they pay out lighting fast. In the end these casinos are more or less the same. People lose more than they win and they don’t like it. This site is as good as any of the others I’ve played on.

Used to be semi “fair” online casino now with this new name and update it’s TERRIBLE..you literally cannot win a dollar. All they do is take take take. What a shame. DO NOT PLAY THIS APP

My 3 star rating is b/c unlike other users, withdrawal’s aren’t an issue. Here’s what is. Prior to the recent app update last month, this App was awesome to me. Gambling is a risk and that’s the choice you make. But with this new update, it’s been horrible. No bonuses, no wins, more and more deposits and less and less withdrawals. Plus if you play on a mobile device, they’re only certain games available to you. Some to none of your favorites are no longer available. Then you watch others win back to back daily b/c the update didn’t effect them much or at all. Not a fair gambling app. A lot of things changed. BetRivers knew exactly what they were doing smh.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE
I’ve used multiple apps and decided to give this one a shot. Could not have had a worse experience. I deposited $250 and received a 100% match which is great. I won 3 bets and am up $1200 yet I can not withdraw my money. After I enter all my banking info to send the money too and select my account the app logs me out. I’ve tried 30 times today and always the same thing. Reached out using the support chat and finally connected with somebody after 30 minutes. Completely incompetent and was the biggest waste of my time. I still have my money tied up in this waste of an app with no explanation/response on what’s going on. You have no problem with deposits yet withdrawals are impossible. Be better.

Worst casino, worst service, only benefit was using rush pay to receive winnings which is the reason I use them from time to time. Well they can randomly take away this option with no prior notification. I was able to deposit my money no issue but the second I go to withdraw they say I can’t be helped. I’ve been a customer for years and used rush pay as recent as last week?? When I used the live chat the service was unhelpful and unable to give me an answer as to why this happened. The app constantly freezes and the live betting is the worst out of any other site. They're not a scam, you can win and will get paid. I’m actually up a little money on the site. Horrible casino and customer service
Do not download this app. I used them fine for a long time and then had an issue with a game that I got a bonus on and it froze. Okay, not a big deal so I close the game and reopen it and now my bonus is gone. I made sure I took a screenshot of the bonus opening and when it froze to have proof it happened and sent it to customer service. There response was oh there’s nothing we can do sorry have a nice day. I mean really? Isn’t that the point of a good casino? To give you what you won? I never complain when I lose but when I am maybe going to win something I would love not to get screwed out of it. STAY AWAY!!

Terrible Customer Service
Plain and simple they don’t take care of their loyal customers. Eventually everyone will find this out and realize there are much better sport books up there. I didn’t get my VIP bingo invite as promised and all they can say is you have to log in 10 minutes before. Mind you there is nowhere in the rules that you have to do that. One of the worst ever!
I’ve been a patron to SugarHouse casino for over 2 years. It was the first online casino I’ve ever signed up for. I just now looked at my deposit history and win/loss statement. I deposited almost $1,000 just in the past year and didn’t win enough at once EVER to cash anything out. I have zero cash outs from this casino yet well over $1,000 worth of deposits. Definitely stay away!!!! There are far more exceptional casinos online in NJ that actually pay out and make it fun and worth playing. This is a Big ol money pit. Not sure how it’s even legal. They have there sneaky ways of getting around it so it looks fair but believe me it’s an illusion.

Avoid at all costs
They are allowed to restrict your account without warning and stop you from being able to partake in bonuses/promotions. If you contact support, they tell you the department in charge doesn’t talk to customers directly and there’s nothing you can do, and they don’t even give you a reason for that account restriction. But they were kind enough to let me know that if I keep spending money with them, I MAY get the restriction removed. The competition is way better and has much more helpful customer support, seriously don’t waste your money or time.
