Stay Away! Much better options out there!
I have never left a review on an app but my experience with BetRivers has warranted a review. First off, there are many other reviews stating the issues this app has with the withdrawal procedure, and I should have listened to them. After a few days of playing the casino and the sportsbook, I decided to withdrawal part of my balance and was promptly asked to upload documentation to verify my identity (never had this happen on any other betting app, but I have no problem doing it). I uploaded the required documents included signed documents I had to print and scan, photos of my license, and photos of me holding my license. After submitting these I waited… and waited… until finally reaching out to support to ask if there was a problem reviewing the documents. They informed me they had not been forwarded to the review process but would do so promptly. Again I waited, until finally receiving an email saying they had been reviewed and approved. Then shorty after receiving this, I received an email saying my account has been closed and the remaining balance mailed to my address (I had not requested this or been notified of any wrong-doing in my week on the site). I have yet to receive a response to why I have been removed from their app, or see if my balance actually comes to my address.
All in all, I would recommend any other betting app as they have better withdrawal procedures, and more importantly, better support for their paying customers.
Will update if I ever receive a response to my questioning of my account being closed.

Worst online casino
This site will delay your withdrawal for days after a win. Also make you provide several documents for verification and then proceed to deny them. Honestly will never play on this site again. Surprised they have this high of a rating, should be a 1.

This site is my go to app for gambling. Its the only one I actually enjoy. Its only time I ever let out a PogChamp when I win!
Shady business
To start off, the casino payouts should seriously be looked into legally and if that doesn’t tickle your interest, maybe this will. I deleted the app off of my phone weeks ago and it still periodically shows that betrivers is still tracking my location and I’m not sure how to undo that.
Save your money
Don’t even waste your time betting with BetRivers. There’s no daily prizes, or chances at it at least. Doesn’t pay out like the others. Not enough incentive to continue playing or spending money with poor payouts and next to nothing bonuses.
Garbage app
I used to ONLY play on this site until they started making you wait 3 days to receive withdrawals. You used to get paid within 5 minutes if not sooner!

Good sight for taking your money. Seems like the same people are always winning. Must be if you don’t bet big you can’t win. They need to give everyone no mater how much you deposit or bet a chance to win. If you like to give money away then keep playing this sight.

The site isn’t bad, as long as you don’t have any issues at all with withdrawals or deposits etc. If you need customer service to help you, you are screwed! This isn’t the site for you. They never answer the phone. They do not reply to chat messages or emails. Very disappointed
DONT USE THE BONUSES
I’ve never written a review on an app before but this is a must. I deposited $50 into my account and it give me the option of a 100% match deposit for the casino and I used it. Now I figured I could use my funds for other things like sports or blackjack, but I couldn’t the only thing I could play was slots because of the bonus. I had to use my funds first and then had to use the bonus funds, not the other way around and I had to get a 15x and in online slots that’s never gonna happen cause they want your money. My whole account got drained and I contacted customer service and THEY KNEW THIS WOULD HAPPEN. They said they understood my frustration and knew that your own funds would be used first but wouldn’t give me my funds back and closed the support ticket mid conversation. Definitely shady stuff happens here.

My withdraw has been under review for 3 weeks after they requested my license (happily provided for tax purposes) now they want my marriage license from 2011 in order to withdraw my funds!!! They claim it’s because my PayPal os tied to my former name.
I have never wrote a bad review until now!!!

Phone app is the worst
If you play this casino do it on a pc. This phone app is the worst. Can even get the log in screen to come up and if I'm lucky enough to get it it takes at least 7 minutes and multiple reloads. Once in the app it lags every time you click an icon. That said, on the pc it's pretty good. I have no issues with that route but this phone app is absolutely the worst compared to the other casino phone apps.

Great games, but slow payouts
LOVE the game selection of this app! Super fun, lots of variety. But be aware the payouts are super slow compared to other online casinos. Whereas most others can have PayPal payouts within an hour, PP payouts take 3 days with this one. If not for that, I’d give it 5 stars.

My husband referred me to this app, so I signed up. I put Jenny, instead of my legal name Jennifer. Sent a picture of my ID. Then they wanted me to send a copy of SS card. Horrible. Every time you win they ask you for the same documents that they asked for the last time you won. Most casinos take hours to 24 hours to receive your funds it’s been over a week and i haven’t seen my money!!!!
