Cowards
These cowards are afraid to take bets from anyone who wins more than half the time so they limit your wagering. Go overseas; at least those companies are actual gambling companies and take all your bets. At least they don’t hide behind politicians to protect them.
Better casino apps available
I play a fair amount of all the major casino apps and Rivers definitely does NOT pay out as well or as much as competitors unless you spend thousands first. It clearly tracks wins and goes cold after big wins. Don’t waste your time or money in Rivers. DraftKings casino still pays out MUCH better.

Odds are always a little worse than all other betting sites. I’ve been a member for 2 years and I’m still only in their 2nd loyalty tier after thousands of dollars in bets. They refuse to let you take your winnings out if you use any bonuses they give you. So I can’t take out hundreds of dollars because you gave me a 5 dollar bonus. Use any other betting site.

Tired of the glitches
So tired of dealing with the glitches. Can’t get into games, games shut down and other things.

I know I’ve had a couple years on this site and things are getting better some days they do have their glitches withdrawing winnings. I’ve never had an issue, but many have other than that. They have a great fantastic games and that’s the only thing that keeps me going back. Overall out of all the casino apps I am on this phone would be number one for me.

Absolutely horrible!!!
I used to love this app until last night! I was playing capital gains and hit big 3 different times! Every single time I hit the game would freeze and kick me out! I lost well over $276!!!! I reached out to support and of course there’s nothing they can do about it so they lost my service and I am contacting the better business bureau on Monday. I will also make sure all of my social media outlets have extensive posts on them to let everyone know that they steal your money by kicking you out of the games when you hit big and when you log back in the money is gone! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Rigged (Cliché I know)
Listen, I know its cliché to say certain betting apps are rigged, but I play blackjack on a few different apps and if there is any casino app that will shamelessly give the dealer the perfect card every time, its this one. Sports betting odds and choices are much worse than other apps. Just go with barstool.

Hard to withdraw if you win a little bit
They have some nice games. The win is far and in between. I tried to withdraw part of it and I couldn’t. It excepted my payment but, I couldn’t withdraw even part of it.

I’ve had every wagering app that my state offers. This was by far the best. I wasn’t awarded my promo for signing up and customer support was so professional and applied it for me (thanks Jonathan) as far as the games, the selection is amazing but Konami and AGS are extremely tight, at least for me. The IGT games were the best. I cashed out $700 total and only deposited $30. The cash out process was so smooth. Overall a great experience. Only other app that even comes close is fanduel

Extremely Slow Payout Process
Takes them a WEEK to send me my money. Absolutely disgraceful system.

To start, being a first time sign up I got $200 bonus on a $50 deposit. I wasn’t expecting any chance of walking away with anything. They have a 1x playthru n actually flew by when my balance was around $150. Other casinos are 10x-20x and u never see a dollar.
