Crashes constantly
This app crashes over and over. Support is absolutely no help. Certain games won’t load and even when they do they won’t load the bonus round(if you rarely get it) won’t spend another dime on this app.
Withdraw
Out of all the Sportsbooks I use this one is by far the worst when it comes to receiving your money. Your deposit goes through easy but your withdrawal requires a picture of your bank statement, a picture of your ID, a picture of you next to your ID, and who knows what else. I requested a withdrawal a week ago. They then said I need my required documents so I provided them. My ID was expired and it took them 2 days to respond and tell me the documents wouldn’t work because of it. I then sent a picture of my new ID (not expired) and I and still yet to receive my money 3 days later. DO NOT DO THIS APP IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AND EASY TIME WITHDRAWING LIKE DRAFT KINGS

Everything was ok in the beginning but when you start to level up the worse things get. They do not follow up with the “rewards” for certain levels. I know plenty of people who are the highest level and haven’t heard a word from bet rivers. They cheat you when your about to hit something decent the game lags out (I have so many screen recordings). I’ve lost $30000 or more in a year or less. I still stuck it out with them. Tonight I get on and find my debit cards, PayPal and play+ have all been removed as payment! When contacting their worthless support they told me my account was changed because a total separate human in my household had issues with there account! Like what excuse me?!? That’s like the bank closing my account because someone in the house has an overdraft. “Support” can literally never help with anything ever and all the idiots know how to say is I’m very sorry or I apologize for the inconvenience. It’s pitiful they do people who are VIP and spend THOUSANDS like that! Oh and they pick the same winners over and over on everything!
