Terrible
Re downloaded the app after maybe a year and their app is terrible compared to every other Sportsbook. Their odds and offerings are also terrible versus the other books. Read the other reviews, this place is garbage.
Solid App
I’ve tried every sportsbook app available in the state of Colorado. I was hesitant based on the current reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Fairly smooth, no issue with withdrawal. Better than most.
Scary how bad it is
This app scares me. First off, it’s very hard to make deposits as it does not take debit or credit cards like other sportsbook apps. Secondly, after I made a bet that I immediately regretted, I went into the My Bets section of the app to find nothing there and a $0 balance still in my account, with the My Bets tab only forwarding me to the homepage.

Don’t use this bet app!
This app is a scam to take your money, they don’t disclose bets and as soon as you win the app doesn’t work. Do not waste your money on this app, the people behind this app will be reported for possible scam and fraud.
Poor App, Poor Support
I signed up to get the $500 risk free bet. I lost my initial wager.
When I went onto the app the next day to use my free bet, the app stopped working. There was the following error message: “Something went wrong. We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.”
This error message remained for three straight days. Customer support had no solution. I was only visiting Colorado, so I never got to use my free bet. Was essentially out of $500.
At best, Betsafe has a cheap platform with a poor user interface. At worst, Betsafe is using cheap tactics to scam customers out of money. Either way, please avoid them.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE BETSAFE
I signed up for BetSafe after receiving a promo offer of “Bet $20, get $100 in bonus bets” sounds pretty good right? So they made me jump through multiple hoops to sign up - submitted verification documents multiple times (did not have this issue with any other sportsbook app), then eventually was able to make a deposit 4 days later. Then, magically, the promo is not on my account, and even more magically, I’m unable to login. Checked my password was correct (it was), but changed it any way just to be safe. Still the same error. BetSafe customer support said they will “escalate the issue” - no time frame or any other information given. They have my money and account held hostage. I can’t even login to withdraw the deposit. Again, I have had zero of these problems with the other 6 sportsbook apps I’m using. But don’t take my word for it, just look at all their terrible reviews yourself.

Wouldn’t even let me sign up
Might be a blessing in disguise because I see other terrible reviews that you don’t get your bonus bets and can’t deposit/withdraw easily

Was hesitant because my first bet took a few days to settle but they have good promos and I have had 2 same day w/d and bets settle within a few minutes now

Terrible Sportsbook
This has to be the worst sportsbook in Colorado. Made a deposit and it didn’t show up in my balance. Went back and forth with support and they essentially said that the deposit was successful but wasn’t being shown correctly. What good is a deposit if you can’t use it. I was finally able to see the balance in the withdrawable section but not the playable section.
Decided this was enough and requested a withdrawal two days ago which still has yet to be reviewed. Almost every other book has instant review and withdrawals.
Stay far away from this book and stick with the multiple others that actually work.

Not Trustworthy
Their ad on Facebook for my attention. I followed what they told me to do. Click the link, sign up, place $20 bet on the game it said, and I should have received $100 bet. To be safe, I even contacted customer service ahead of time before I placed the bet to make sure I did it right. Kevin told me I did it correctly and I would be credited the amount for the promo.
NOPE! They sent me an email I didn’t sign up on third party website page so they are closing the case. Not trustworthy - could be a future court case! Not good. Don’t trust them.

Incompetent, slow, and unfriendly UI
The app is very incompetent with it’s competitors.
Slow deposit - took couple of hours to process deposits.
Slow payout - takes a long time to get paid.
Can’t see winning/lose status right away.
Avoid. So many options out there.

Worst Sportsbook app ever
By far the worst sports betting app I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not even convinced that it’s not scammers they never gave me my bonus bet of $500 and I’m having trouble currently withdrawing my money that I did win. For the love of God, don’t download

Easy to use and lots of options
I use a fair amount of sportsbook apps - this one has been easy to navigate and place bets. I’ve only cashed out once - no issues. Overall, very happy.

ABSOLUTE SCAM
Betters be warned! They are absolute scum bags and use tricky tactics to screw you over.
When the bet goes against their line, they will swap the -/+ signs.
For example, I bet that the Nets +16.5 and they logged it as -16.5 on the Suns. They will do this especially when you bet in-game.
Then when you try to check your bet… You can’t even see it.
