Newest update freezes out those with older devices

The security of our customers' financial information is extremely important to us. Our mobile app is built to comply with the security standards and guidelines established by Apple. As security requirements evolve, apps must be updated to maintain protection against emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Unfortunately, device manufacturers determine which operating systems can be updated on older devices. When a device can no longer receive the operating system versions required to support current security standards, we must follow those guidelines to ensure that all customer financial information remains protected. While we understand this may impact some users with older devices, these requirements help us provide a secure banking experience and safeguard sensitive account information.

Trouble submitting mobile deposit!
One picture of front and back and as long as the routing number and account number are clear and he signs the back he has no problem at all depositing that way . It took nine times yesterday and 4 times today finally deposited
I do get wonderful help at the better banks staff always! I will not change banks , just thought you should know!
