Better Me is a self-check app for student-athletes balancing sport with school, work, or life off the pitch. It works like this. You take a short questionnaire (about 15 minutes, six areas: dual career management, career planning, emotional awareness, social skills, money, and living on your own). You get a color-coded report showing where you are doing well and where things could use some attention. Each area links to learning content (videos, articles, links from European dual career projects) and step-by-step suggestions you can work through at your own pace. If you want to talk to someone, the app has a list of dual career consultants you can filter by country and language. You contact them by email. No booking system, no chat, no waiting line. You can retake the questionnaire whenever you like and compare results over time, so you can actually see what has changed.
