Было написано, что 3 дня пробный период, в итоге покупка прошла сразу. Видимо, так хитро было написано, что нужно нажать куда-то ещё. Неприятно.

Добрый день! Спасибо, что проявили интерес к нашему приложению. Как мы видим, у вас в данных AppStore указана "Россия". Для некоторых стран (в том числе России) нет планов с пробным периодом. Если вы пользуетесь vpn или территориально находитесь в другой стране, то вам показывался экран с планами с пробным периодом для этой страны, так как система определяет пользователей по геолокации. Когда вы нажимаете кнопку "купить" (еще до покупки), приложение обращается к вашей учетной записи Apple ID и показывает план для страны, указанной в AppStore, и дальше покупка идет по данным, указанным в AppStore. Безусловно, вы также можете вернуть деньги за покупку, пожалуйста, следуйте инструкции https://support.apple.com/ru-ru/HT204084. Обычно Apple возвращает деньги в течение 1-2 дней. Хорошего дня!

Лучшее приложение для сна

Моя дочка испытывала проблемы с засыпанием на протяжении нескольких месяцев и тут нам попалось это приложение — и теперь она засыпает за 2-3 минуты!!!! Спасибо
