Better Times

Better Times uses spaced repetition (the Leitner box method) to help students learn multiplication tables efficiently. No timers or a daunting page of tables - just short conceptual practice. We think quick fun sessions over time work better than forced memorization, and saves us all tears. Every card shows a visual dot grid so children can see the meaning behind the math. Each session is only 10 cards, drawing from each box accordingly. Cards start in Box 1. Correct answers move the card to Box 2. Repeat correct answers move the card to Box 3, and wrong answers drop the card back to Box 1. The app includes all 144 multiplication facts from 1×1 to 12×12. Privacy: All progress is saved only on this device. Data is not sent or sold anywhere.
