They conduct business very poorly, I did a whole route of 116 packages and 2 days lata , no payment , I was told a package was missing which I spoke to dispatch and agreed it was 8pkgs to be returned , I returned them,even took a picture , no response or anything been waiting 2days now , I’m ready to take legal action

Don’t waste your time
They scheduled me for the day. I drove to the warehouse. They don’t have a route for me.Then they tried to give me a different area then originally requested. Under paid routes. Do the math it’s under $12 an hour before you add the gas. So sad
Not for me
Picked up a shift for a payment of $75 to $250 with 63 delivery stops. I delivered all 63 deliveries and got paid $82 for 5 hours job whereas I can easily make $150 with Uzurv within 5 hours.
Needs improvement
The navigation is not very accurate. It will say you have arrived to a place that’s actually 5 doors down. Reroutes slowly. Routes are not always in the best order causing you to back track. For a job that’s based on efficiency, this app needs to be more efficient
issues after it update
i hope it clears up, i did a route yesterday and it started force closing my app and when i went back in it either took my number away from the package once i arrive to where it was hard to contact the person i was delivering to. it did it a few times and towards the end of my route it brought them back up and rearrange my route and threw me off once i went to the house and realize i already delivery the packages...hope that small bug fix can get fix.

Unresponsive
This app is more than likely a scam. I sent my information in and a month later I have still not received an response. I am now trying to locate the company to remove my information. Also it is trying to block any negative reviews.
If only they allowed you to return your route
To think the worst day I had last year was the day my car was stolen. I asked if I can return everything with no penalty. It was that Tuesday we’re off on Mondays. My birthday was like Saturday. I never took it personally I didn’t want to ask if we’re allowed to return the route for that day with no penalty to see something like that in the future! I was there all the time and taking routes when people return them. I would work in the extreme weather. I’ll give it another try
