The best teachers
What I really love about Better Yoga are the teachers. I feel like they have really helped my body become free from pain and translate how yoga can help me off the mat.

Excellent teachers and practices on how to do yoga “better,” but also heal from injury, reduce anxiety, and take care of yourself better on a daily basis. For anyone looking to learn the detailed anatomy and proper alignment of yoga, and wanting to do yoga for the best of their lives - this is for them!! A++++!!!

The quality of instruction on this app is insane. I’ve been practicing at home since the pandemic and have wanted to expand my horizons. I decided to give the app a go and was delightfully surprised.
Nice interface with tons of different categories from beginners yoga to masterclasses around specific poses. The breath training is a nice touch too. Theres even a short tutorial on how to get rid of neck pain after sleeping on it weird which worked surprisingly quickly.
I decided to get the subscription for live classes after the trial. It’s so refreshing to get personalized tips from teachers who know what they’re talking about. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice - give this app a shot. It’s got something for everyone.

Better Yoga makes me feel fantastic!
I love Kari and Tiger’s classes and have been taking them for 3 years via their website. I’m so happy they have their own app now. It’s so easy to use and I can access my favorite classes on the go! The short breathing exercises and mini workouts are just what I wanted! Better Yoga just keeps getting BETTER!!!
