Loved this app for 10 yrs, now it costs money to use the sounds I used almost nightly
I have used this app since I was in middles school, through highschool, college, and into my adult life. Now all the features and sounds I used nightly are behind a paid subscription. I’ve stopped using the app since I get the Calm app for free through work benefits, but I’m so disappointed in the pay wall that exists now on a product I used to enjoy. Thanks for yet another subscription service I can’t pay for. Sad to part ways but incredibly frustrated yet again.

I use this app anytime I feel I’m gonna go to sleep, even naps
I record my sleep and the labels are a little off but it can be changed. I decided to get premium as I use it so much and the meditation helps me sleep. Love this so much

They say they will email you before the free trial ends and the payment but they just charge you instead. Don’t just add your apply pay. They will charge you.
New subscription?
I know months ago I paid to have all the premium stuff. It was a flat rate pay. Now I have to pay monthly? I use this app multiple times a day, everyday. This is crazy. While I have enjoyed the app for a few years now, I think I’ll be looking for something else. I use just a few sounds that now, I cannot use. I literally used this app 12 hours ago & could access what I originally paid for, now I am limited? That’s insane.

Long time user
I have been using Bettersleep since 2011, back when it was another name. I’ve conditioned myself to fall asleep to the sound mixes I’ve made. I love this app. I am a little disappointed that I now, after almost 15 years on this app need to pay to be able to use my sounds. Alas, I’m here.

Doesn’t record daytime sleep!
Great app for going to sleep at night. But Really incredibly frustrating that the data always cuts off from night, even when the recorder is on. There can only be one session per day. I will not be continuing after the free trial.
Used to be great
I used to enjoy this app and even paid for it. However, there are limited new stories added. I enjoy the stories that are currently in the app, but unless the frequency of new content increases, I’ll end up canceling since it’s not worth the money anymore.

Cash grab
Used to use this app all the time but now I can't play any of the old mixes I made because literally all but maybe 3 or 4 sounds have been turned into pay to use. These are mixes I made almost 10 years ago and now basically nothing is available in the free version. Now I remember why I deleted it before.

Rip Off
I used this app for a few years, then accepted that I had to pay an annual fee. As soon as I paid that fee, all my saved sounds were locked and I was asked to pay a monthly subscription for access to anything. It appears that annual fee I paid bought me nothing more than a subscription to be denied access to anything. Stay right away from paying anything for this app. There are better ones for free.

I paid a few dollars a few years back for lifetime access to this app and all content. Now almost everything is behind a paywall. Disappointing, Better Sleep.
