Great app
The app is great and in the event of a problem, which does happen every now and then, customer service is very quick to respond to E-mails. Unfortunately the first response is AI but all you have to do is tell it you want a life person/representative…
Is this a glitch?
Imagine this. I’m sitting in bed, it’s 3am and I’ve tried out a lot of apps that could help me sleep, here comes better sleep, I download it when I was younger and the sounds and music helped a lot, and then BOOM I get hit with a “try for free” obviously I can’t try it for free because I’m still a minor and I don’t have a card, so duhuh, anyways I try exiting and there’s no X anywhere, at this point I’m super tired and I rlly hate it, what happened to this app why do you have to pay to even enter it now. Wish I could add a picture of what I’m talking about, bruh bruhh bruhhhh

It used to be free to play all the sounds- I had mixes for different purposes. It was amazing. Now everything is behind a paywall. Back to YouTube I go.

We used to love this app! Used it every night. But it is ridiculous that there is no free option anymore.

Was really great when I first downloaded it years ago, now you have to pay for 95% of the sound and can do anything without spending money
Been on this app for years
I’ve used this app since it had a different name when almost every single sound was free and how do we get repaid for keeping it up? They make every single sound pay to listen no free sounds or pods for us to listen to. Sucks this company went downhill and decided to up charge and fee everything

i had this app as a kid and LOVED it. was basically my lullaby for a while. i lost my tablet, forgot about this app until an instagram ad. redownloaded it… and immediately uninstalled. what happened to the app over the years? its basically useless without paying for it. out of allllll the sounds they have, only like… 5 are actually free. i couldnt even listen to my old mixes because they used sounds that USED to be free but now require a subscription. and a yearly one too??? only offering yearly subscriptions is so insane to me. not monthly??? just yearly??? smh

I used this app whenever I traveled. The recent update put the sounds I listen to behind a paywall.
No updates…
Not sure what the updates are other than aesthetically altering the layout. But as for sounds and such there hasn’t been anything new added in a year.
I use it nightly, and there is still “new” tags on content that has been around since 2025.
Too much of the music has sharp sounds too - there aren’t a lot of smooth droning type of ambient songs that have lush layers of warmth.
Andrew Green is really good and I hope we get more from him.
If you are adding new sounds then they’re hidden away. I click new and I see the same stuff that’s always been there.

Horrible App
This app was free to use and now requires you to pay because it switched to a subscription model. Then they go through reviews spouting the same corporate bs about how it was a difficult choice and to reach out to them via the app to find a solution that works best. The solution that works best is not getting so greedy that you ruin yourselves.

Best sleep ever
I’m an EMT and not afraid to admit I suffer from PTSD, depression and anxiety. I recommend this app to patients and have even pulled it out to help calm them. If you have a hard time sleeping cause you can’t get out of your head, the meditations are perfect for that. Just get it. Get the premium and be done. You won’t regret it. Zero ads with premium anyway. I’ve had this app for years.

Bait and switch
Sold a $5 lifetime subscription and a year later came back and disabled premium features and asked for $250. Completely disingenuous company do not download this product or pay for it. They will scam you!!

I’ve had this app for a while and it used to be amazing and help me sleep but since they changed he app it is terrible. I can only play 4 sounds for free and if I use Siri on accident I have to close the app out because it won’t play again but when I try to open it it doesn’t let me so I have to restart my device and use it. I’m sorry but you guys have to get a grip you were doing great and now you’re losing customers that don’t want to pay for premium to sleep. I’m just done with this app.
