It is locking me out of my app
I purchased the app 2-3 days ago (59.99 Lifetime Subscription ) and everything was working fine until it stopped allowing me to open my chats and challenges. I am the admin I can’t even edit or manage anything. It has crashed the whole group. I keep having this thing pop up talking about I have to pay for AI LOGGING. I already paid for the ENTIRE APP.
I reached out via email because you can’t get anyone on the phone and they are so slow at even emailing me back and days are passing for the challenge.
Please rectify this problem because at this point I am going to dispute this charge with my bank.

Ich kann mein Gewicht nicht eingeben, außerdem gibt es in meinem Konto kein Feld für das Gewicht, sondern nur für die Körpergröße.
Intransparent und Design
3 Tage kostenlos, dann nur per Abo nutzbar - richtig nervig, wenn man vorher Leute in die Gruppe einlädt, was ja auch das Prinzip der App ist. Dies war leider nicht transparent gemacht und sollte in die App-Beschreibung vor dem Runterladen klar sein. Darüber hinaus sind manche Funktionen schlecht designed (bspw. Werden für uns relevante Informationen nicht in der Gruppe sichtbar gemacht).

I have been using this app since a long time and this is a wonderful app. But recently i enter 15 girls in the group for the challenge, they also love the app. But the free trial ended and after 4 says there is no access to it. Since next week is weight upload day and i want to keep there motivation high. Is there any way you can support us. Is there any way i pay and everyone can acess to the basic app features to upload weight , water intake and steps. Pls help as i am trying to reach alot of places but no response

Utter Garbage
It can only connect to two health apps…You can’t even look around the app without it constantly showing the popup to get their “pro” version. Why would I instantly want to upgrade to pro if you’re not even going to give me a moment to breath and check out the app? I ended up making a pretty robust Excel spreadsheet that can do 90% of what this app does but for free.

FRUSTRATED Weigh in Button Gone
The weigh in button disappeared when I tried to update my weight this morning! Tried contacting but no response! Please help! Ive deleted and re-upload too. Nothing worked. This happened right after I paid for my 1 year subscription! Very disappointed!!

App keeps crashing every time I try to open it
Good app, needs work
I really enjoy using this app with my brother. The team function for holding each other accountable is great, but it has some issues with very fundamental stuff. How come I can’t insert custom macros for my food? The app gets things wrong often, unless there is a nutrition label to scan, which isn’t always the case. How come I can’t delete a singular food item off my list and have to delete the entire category it is in? Just small changes that would make it so much friendlier to use. Still recommend.

I’ve just found this app and have set up a group to motivate my daughter and her friend. They have just moved out of home and the app is a great way to keep in touch and motivate them to keep up health eating and exercise habits while they taste their first bit of freedom as young adults
