Bring back soli!
This app is just bad. i actually met some really nice girls on soli that i still talk to today. i expected this app (betty) to have that same sort of premise but it just reminds me of a dating app. it’s such a shame because i was on soli almost everyday and could talk to people from all across the uk.

I have tried so hard with this app I really have. Something feels off with it and it’s just too much like a weird dating up. Unless something changes I think I’m out!

So bad
I usually don’t write reviews but this app is one of the worst things on this App Store. Soli was so much better. This app is so laggy, crashes, literally no features and it’s even harder to chat with people. I don’t know who is responsible for creating this but they should be fired. This is so upsetting because soli was a better way of meeting and talking with people. This is not an app to help people, this is an app to rob them.

It’s a mood board that charges £10 a month, that’s it.

Soli was so much better
I have no idea what the creators were thinking with this other than make money from women’s loneliness. Soli was such a good idea with the map and posting what’s on your mind and having anyone comment if you wanted. It was a great way to connect. I made a few friends and was chatting to loads of people on there. Swiping to see more people is just a silly concept and you have to pay to use the premium version? So disappointing

I don’t like this app at all. I downloaded it yesterday and not only does it crash and delete the board I spent ages making but you have very limited features unless you want to pay nearly £10 a month. If you don’t want to match with any of the 5 people you’re shown, it just goes round and round in circles with the same people. It doesn’t seem like you can pick how far away they are or what age range either. It’s extremely pointless and I’ll be deleting it. Mood boards could have been a cute added feature to soli. I made a few friends on there and the most integral part of it (supporting each other) has now completely disappeared with this. I refuse to be forced into paying to make friends and I think that’s the creators intention here.

Bring back soli. Soli was so much better, I was able to give advice and receive advice on topics I was struggling with or wanting to talk about. Now? It’s just a cheap moodboard app.

I can’t stand this app and it’s a shame because I made some good friend on Soli.
This app is just like tinder, you swipe away until you like someone! Basically going off of people’s looks and what is on there mood board; which makes me feel icky because girls are basically swiping away on if they’d be friends with me based off my looks and interests.
On the soli app, it was basically like a Facebook,you could write a mood/status and people would comment and you could choose to message them etc.
what makes it worse you now have to pay £9.49 a month for the betty+ which is pointless, what is an advanced match? I’m not looking to get into a relationship this is meant to be an app to find friendships. Unlimited intros? The whole thing is awful and I’ve deleted the app.

It’s a nice idea but not ideal
I like the idea of making friends but I don’t like the fact you can’t press on someone’s profile and find out more about them. I have to automatically message them and with someone with anxiety like myself I find it quite scary that I can’t check the profile out first before messaging them. So this only gets 1 star from me

I don’t like how you now have to pay to find friends in your area… and the free option is very limited :( honestly it’s sad because I really enjoyed the app but now you want to make profit off people who struggle to find friends… it makes you feel desperate because you have to pay for it… and the app is quite glitchy the old version was a lot better! I will be now deleting the app.

So I just moved to a new area and making new friends can be hard. Only downloaded the app with week but have already started talking to people.

I think the users are fake coz they talk and then when u answer them no one answer back to you I mean no one and the same think happens constantly it’s just crazy to me
