Can’t withdraw from these scam artists
Can’t withdraw. Multiple attempts to contact customer support with no response. This app obviously shut down and kept everything; hasn’t even been any contests in months. Hopefully Parlingo makes a comeback somewhere else because it was actually pretty fun. Rest of the app looked like junk though. Total scam!!

Cool app but I don't recommend due to lack of customer service I have emailed twice with no response. I have tried to withdraw my money on Jan 2 2026 and it still says pending. Not sure if I'll ever get my money at this point. They was quick to take my money but giving back my winnings is a different story Don't Recommond This App

Was fun months ago, sucks now
This app used to be fun with free weekly contests (8 times per week). Now all of a sudden there are no more contests at all, and no communication to the app users about what is going on. Don’t waste your time with this app.

This was a awesome app but they just recently changed the withdraw and I have been waiting on 1900$ with no word on where it’s at for a week now… no one answers when you try to get in contact with support… be careful using.

This app was perfect when instant withdrawals were available. That was the whole reason I chose BetU over every other betting app. Now withdrawals take 5 days, and it honestly kills the entire experience. What makes it worse is the update saying “faster and more secure withdrawals,” but the fastest option got removed.
Instant withdrawals made this app stand out please consider bringing it back. A lot of us were using BetU because of that feature, and losing it makes the app feel like a downgrade instead of an improvement.

The app is a lot of fun and I was able to cash out from the Parlingo, and DID get the money. However, the app won’t let me get into it anymore and just crashed. I tried deleting it and redownloading it but it claims my email isn’t in the Bet-U database. It won’t let me make a new account because my phone number is already attached to the account I had before.

Fun App, Great Customer Service
Using the bingo card layout to craft parlays while also being able to bet against my friends is a unique twist on sports betting which I have really enjoyed. Also shoutout to the support team who answered my questions in a timely manner.

Recently left a bad review. I shouldn’t have. This app is honestly a really fun app and it’s cool. Payouts take 3-5 business days, usually 5 but it comes. My patience ran out at first which led to a bad review as I thought it was a scam. It’s not.

I think this app is one of if not the best fantasy sports app! Love it…Parlingo is the best and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL and Quick Payouts! My wife who isn’t into sports much, is a lover of this app!!! MUST PLAY!!
Cool app but….
App is cool but customer service is non existent. They say fast deposits and withdrawals. Deposits, of course.. withdrawals… another story. It would be easier to perform a root canal with no experience than get in contact with customer service. App has potential but it is very aggravating. I have shared it with a few people and I hope they don’t get angry with me due to the lack of your guys communication and withdrawals. They’ll think I brought them to a scamming site.
