Withdrawal Blocked Unless You Share Your Online Banking Credentials
I had a very disappointing withdrawal experience with BetVictor.
After requesting a withdrawal, I was required to provide my online banking username and password through a third-party banking connection service. For security reasons, I was not comfortable sharing my banking credentials with any third party.
I requested an alternative withdrawal method, such as PayPal or manual bank verification, as your Terms & Conditions state that alternative withdrawal arrangements may be made when the original withdrawal method is not possible. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a satisfactory solution.
Customer support was polite and professional, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the company’s withdrawal policy and lack of a reasonable alternative have left me extremely disappointed.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to others.
I have escalated this matter and will be submitting a formal complaint to the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) for review.

App is a scam, do not gamble on it. Odds are there to take your money. Illegal gambling with no licence.

At first reading these reviews i thought it’s a scam app but if you live in Ontario and verify your info before depositing money then you will have no problem, they have really good bonuses too.

will scatter once and will only give you little win lost probably 3500 plus this app will just want to take money and will never let you win even once also if you ever try to withdraw it takes a lot of time like 2 days or so.
Completely set up blackjack
Dealers get 20 or 21 almost every single hand no matter what cards they begin with. Every time you hit with a 12 they bust you every single time with a 10 and every single time you have an 11 and double down they give you a 12. If you have a 14 or similar and you hit the only way you’ll get something good like a 20 is when they will have something better like a 21..Otherwise it’ll be a 10 and you will bust. It’s actually insane how badly rigged the blackjack is here at bet victor. Stay away!! Haven’t tried anything else in the app but I’m positive it’ll be the exact same results. This app does not pay and will only keep taking your money over and over and over again.

I would give this app 0 stars if I could.
The welcome bonus looks very attractive at first, but the wagering requirements are far more demanding than they appear. I deposited expecting a fair promotion, only to realize later that I would need to wager tens of thousands of dollars before I could withdraw anything. While the terms may be written in the fine print, I don't think the practical difficulty is made clear enough for new players.
The overall experience was extremely frustrating. The promotion felt designed to keep players spinning for hours with very little realistic chance of completing the wagering requirements before losing the bonus balance. Instead of feeling rewarded as a new customer, I felt misled and disappointed.
I understand casinos have bonus terms, but this promotion left me feeling like the bonus was more of a marketing tool than a genuine reward. I won't be using this app again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't prepared to read every detail of the bonus conditions before depositing.

Terrible App - STAY AWAY
Deposited $200 and was locked out of the app due to ongoing ‘geolocation issues.’ Customer support has been no help and keeps sending me in circles instead of resolving the problem/refunding. My money is stuck and I still don’t have access. STAY AWAY

This app is a pure scam. Doesn’t give you debit option to withdraw right away and their blackjack games are rigged. It stops working once u bet and when you try to get back in it doesnt continue where it left off, stay away from this app, super glitchy and not worth it! after withdrawing 55 they asked for my bank username and password then i got a email saying another device is trying to access my account if you don’t refund me im suing
