Withdrawal Blocked Unless You Share Your Online Banking Credentials
After requesting a withdrawal, I was required to provide my online banking username and password through a third-party banking connection service. For security reasons, I was not comfortable sharing my banking credentials with any third party.
I requested an alternative withdrawal method, such as PayPal or manual bank verification, as your Terms & Conditions state that alternative withdrawal arrangements may be made when the original withdrawal method is not possible. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive a satisfactory solution.
Customer support was polite and professional, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the company’s withdrawal policy and lack of a reasonable alternative have left me extremely disappointed.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this platform to others.
I have escalated this matter and will be submitting a formal complaint to the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) for review.

The welcome bonus looks very attractive at first, but the wagering requirements are far more demanding than they appear. I deposited expecting a fair promotion, only to realize later that I would need to wager tens of thousands of dollars before I could withdraw anything. While the terms may be written in the fine print, I don't think the practical difficulty is made clear enough for new players.
The overall experience was extremely frustrating. The promotion felt designed to keep players spinning for hours with very little realistic chance of completing the wagering requirements before losing the bonus balance. Instead of feeling rewarded as a new customer, I felt misled and disappointed.
I understand casinos have bonus terms, but this promotion left me feeling like the bonus was more of a marketing tool than a genuine reward. I won't be using this app again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who isn't prepared to read every detail of the bonus conditions before depositing.
