Fail to pay out
Won £50 and made a withdrawal, usually hits my account in a couple of days, but the money has magically disappeared. BetVictor will actually lose your money, even if it’s a small amount. Absolute incompetence and I will be taking it up with Resolver. And BetVictor, before you say it, i don’t need to call my bank, because YOU LOST my money before it could even reach it. Your support option is useless too.
