This app scam and fruad
I placed a bet for $130, the app said try again I pressed place bet again it said try again. I logged out and went back in the app I find out I got charged twice the $130 and customer service won’t do anything to help. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to use this app for betting . Worst app ever to use and worst customer service.

Easy to use Sportsbook app!
I’ve been using the betway app for a few months and have had a great experience so far!
SCAM BOOK
They didn’t honor their risk free bonus stating that I didn’t qualify bc someone in my household had already qualified and it violated their T&C. No one in my household ever used the Betway promo. Following up with the gaming commission, but be warned. This book is a scam.
Deposit/withdraw system glitches
Sometimes deposits and withdrawals work, sometimes they don’t. Customer service is clueless. I have made hundreds of deposits on multiple sports books from the same account and this app is the only one that glitches. Obviously, this company is new to sports gambling… huge learning curve in their future.

Corporate Greed at its finest
I had one winning weekend during football season and Betway began limiting my wagers to a maximum of $20. What a joke. Would not recommend Betway.

Horrible App - Worse Customer Service
My account was “flagged” for my protection because my wife signed in on my phone to check her wagers. They claim the only way to release my funds is to verify my ID again. Fine, where can I SECURELY upload this? Oh it’s an email address, THE ONLY WAY. Email has never been secure, they claim it is but the protocol is inherently insecure. I asked for another method and was told to pound sand. I’m a stubborn person so I contacted my attorney general as well as the AZ gaming commission. Don’t give this sham of a company your hard earned money, because if you happen to win they will make it VERY inconvenient to cash out. Oh I forgot the best part! They never told me about this verification in the app so I’ve been waiting 2 months like an idiot until I finally emailed them. There are MANY better sites and apps. Please head this warning.

This app will allow you to pull your money out of your bank account, but will not allow you to put it back in the same way, also worst customer services, overall just a crappy Sportsbook

Horrible
I’ve put money in and then when I go to withdrawal money out of the app it doesn’t let you do any traditional methods. Made me download Skrill, and I’ve still been waiting over 10 days for the money to be transferred. On top of their customer service being unable to contact and bots that will just send you articles about gambling deals. I will never use this app again. They took the money out of my account in 1 second but it’s been over 10 days and I can’t get my money once I’ve withdrawn. USE OTHER APPS THIS ONES NOT WORTH IT.

Mediocre App
Update 08/17/22. There was an update to the app a couple weeks ago that improves the app significantly. 1.) no more third party location app, the app can natively locate you. This is huge because I wouldn’t use the app on my phone as the third party app had massive privacy issues. 2). The app no longer reloads every single time you switch away from it, it’s much more user friendly.
The bad, it still has no biometric login and doesn’t store the password properly in keychain so logging in is still a pain.
Kudos for the improvements, I’ll update and revise score again if they fix remaining issues.
TLDR to Betway: Get rid of your app developers and try again. First the good. -Shout out to the support team that is actually pretty good and fast. - Betway has significantly more mma events than any other sports book licensed in AZ. (The only reason I’d use it or care enough to even write this) The bad. -The app doesn’t geolocate on its own (like all major sport books I have) it requires a separate app that will only work if location permission is set to always so it can follow you around looking over your shoulder while draining your battery even when you have no intention of using Betway for days. - It will reload and start from the main page if you switch to another app for a moment (like checking other odds, research, send a text). Absolute amateur app coding. -No biometrics (face ID) - Nothing worked the first time. From signing up, making a deposit, getting my risk free bet. At least customer service is serviceable. Lastly I have not tried to make a withdrawal, that is a big issue with other books so fingers crossed on that one.

App won't Open
I've deleted and redownload multiple times. After I deposited my first deposit, I couldn't open the open and can only use it on a computer
