Hit a bonus on a $10 bet will not let me finish it every time I click resume nothing happens and will not let me have the bonus don't play this app

Missing rewards
Terrible customer support in fact non existent. Tried to contact them a number of times. You just get dozens of AI generated responses non of which address the problem. IF you find away to get inline to chat which a human don’t hold your breath, i still have not been able to chat with anyone. they do everything they can. To not speak to you and not pay you the rewards that you earned don’t trust this site

Crash!!!!!!
Do not play, 4 times now it’s crashed when you hit the bonus so when you go back into it it resets the win/loss so the system thinks you’re up on winnings when you finish the bonus and messes up the pay out ratio. Absolute scam!!!!!!

Withdrawal problem
I tried to withdraw money 10 days ago, and it still hasn't reached me; furthermore, the live support team isn't helping with this issue.
It was a site where I enjoyed spending time, but I suppose I need to look elsewhere now; it is not normal for my money not to have arrived after 10 days.

I signed up and deposited $1,000 to receive the 100% deposit match bonus, and the bonus was credited to my account as promised.
After growing my balance to $5,000, I attempted to make a withdrawal. However, the system only allowed me to withdraw $2,500, so I proceeded with that withdrawal. After submitting the request, the remaining $2,500 disappeared from my account, and my withdrawal request was cancelled without any explanation.
I then continued playing with the $2,500 that had been cancelled for withdrawal and was able to bring my balance back up to $4,000. When I tried to withdraw again, the system would not let me and said I needed to contact support, so I did right away. Support told me they would fix the issue, but after that my money was gone. I contacted them again, and now the account is on hold under investigation
