Terrible

Unless you like to lose money, do not play on this app. i’ve given this app chance, after chance, after chance, hoping I was just having a string of bad luck. but it appears as though they are just going to keep taking my money until I have none left. Every game is very very blatantly unfair and rigged.

The worst.

By far the worst paying casino and customer support is awful! I loved this casino for years. I have dumped thousands in here! You’re welcome betway for the donation! Used to be able to play for hours and win a bit enough to keep playing! Now you will not and cannot win They updated their casino and took away alot of the popular netent slots which is ridiculous. I think because they paid out once in a while. However betway will reel you in and then you’ll straight lose. They never answer when you inquire and they do not have the live chat option anymore so you have to email or send a form and they never answer the question and you won’t hear back from them. There are so many casinos available in pa now and they offer promotions each day and you have a chance to win and they have great support. Try playlive or golden nugget they are amazing. Always promotions. Stay away from betway please they are a scam.

The worst.

This is literally the worst pa casino. You can’t win here. There are no loyalty bonuses or any reward system of any kind. Most casinos let you earn free play as you play. This place does not and will not give you a cent for free even if you play thousands of dollars and straight lose. They set their slot payouts very low, bonuses you will rarely hit on games but when you do they pay next to nothing. Where as if you play the same game on a different casino you can see the difference in payouts. They do not offer chat for live support like they claim. It sends you to a form. You can’t get any help or responses from any of their support team. This casino doesn’t even come up as a good casino. The star rating of 2 is too kind. They deserve a negative ten at best. Stay away. Far away.

Don’t play here.

You’ll never win here. No matter how much you play you can’t earn bonuses or loyalty. Other casinos have a loyalty program. This one has nothing. When you get free spins on a game the payout is extremely low vs playing the same slots on another casino. They reels will spin really fast or really slow or skip over big wins or bonuses. There’s way better options out there. This one is definitely rigged or their payouts are set to be low. You must wager 30 times or more if you ever do get a bonus and you’ll be back to $0 before you ever meet the wagering requirements. It’s awful. Run!!!!!!!

Worse online gambling site

This site is horrible it will eat your money like candy without giving you any hit or anything and another heads up, let’s say you in the bonus round and your up to 500$ if the game malfunction like 90% of the online gambling site do, you lose what you won and you bonus which this and anything site does which is completely fraudulent if you ask me. 0 star rating as one of the worse.

Stay away.

You will never ever win here. They set their slot payouts very low. You can play the same games at another casino and see how they are actually supposed to pay you. No bonuses or free spins. No loyalty rewards. Any other casino would be better for you. I gave betway many chances with the same result. they never let you win anything.

Best PA online casino by far

I’ve played on just about every other online casino PA has to offer from DKs, wind creek, parx, bet rivers, ballYS, SH, fan duel, stardust, bet mgm, PokerStars. You name it and I’ve played there. I’ve dealt with every problem from verification issues, withdrawal issues to never getting above my initial deposit. BUT BETWAY is in my opinion the best online casino because I’ve never had any problems with withdrawing or customer service.
This is the only casino I have ever played on that you can win 2,000$ on Friday and hit for3,000$ on Saturday.
It’s like they don’t care that you won the day before.
From my experience most casino won’t let you win the very next day after just winning a few thousand bucks. Not BETWAY! LIKE I TELL MY WIFE!! BETWAY IS The only way!!

Theft reported but sadly expect no results

Two deposits were made to my account, the money was withdrawn from my bank account, yet the money never appeared in my account. Reached out eight times to useless customer service who just laughed and said I never made the deposit despite me verifying the withdrawals via bank statements. They now refuse to answer any attempted contacts. Awaiting response from gaming board but they are showing signs of not caring at all

If I could I wouldn’t even give one star. You will not win here. They have their slots set to never hit and never land in bonuses. If it does then it pays the lowest amount ever. You can’t earn loyalty rewards no matter how much money you put in. Pick another casino any rather. This is by far the worst casino app in pa.

Put about 700 in and never hit for a decent amount will never play again I have played several of these and this is one of the bad ones that just take your money and never payed out.

Fine App, Terrible Policies

The app’s fine, it looks and works just like most other casino apps. Being that this is gambling the app and the games within are highly regulated. Most of them come from a third party developer and you can find the same games here as on most other casino apps.

Where it varies are the casino policies buried in the fine print, especially around bonuses. If you’re signing up planning on using the matching deposit, I would forget about it. This casino has 25x play through, higher then any casino I’ve ever seen. And it’s not just on the bonus the deposit too. I deposited $100 with a match and would’ve had to play $5,000 before anything could be withdrawn. If you go in to wave the bonus it’ll say your entire balance will be forfeited. To put that in perspective most casino apps here in PA have a 10x play through on just the bonus, with some, like FanDuel, having just a 1x.

Terrible app

Literally felt like cinder blocks were tied to my ankles and I was sinking to the bottom of the ocean. Not once did I feel like I was going to have a winning experience. I was able to get $3 over the amount I deposited but then nosedived down to $0 immediately after. I raised my concerns with support, and they said that it looked like I had some success when I was wagering .01 for a few rounds. Go to a different app because this one blows

There are much better apps

They offered a first deposit bonus. It didn’t work and when I asked their help desk about it. They were of no help. Basically just lying about a bonus and then not giving it to you. Thanks for robbing me!!

Prison Shower Simulator

Approximately 1/3 of the times that I got a feature or hit a bonus on a slot machine, the slot or app would freeze/crash. Upon re-entering the previously crashed slot I would find that my wager had been deducted but the bonus wasn’t waiting for me upon reloading. However it never once crashed on a spin that resulted in something other than getting the future or bonus.

Bad.

I used to love this casino. They let you win in the beginning but then that’s it. Now I can deposit $200 and it lasts no lie five minutes. You don’t have a chance here not even to have a little fun. Ask for bonuses and they’ll give you five bucks once a year. Better options out there. I came back to give them more chances but I regret it. Games never land on bonuses and if they do the payout is way lower than it should be per other casinos. Do better betway.

Deposited $100 to get a match bonus there’s like 10 slot games to choose from. I didn’t hit one bonus and it was all gone in 20 mins. If I could rate it zero I would… they also make it impossible to withdraw. Skip this site learn from my horrible mistake!

App clunky and not user friendly

I downloaded to get the bonus, hope not to use much, this is the catch, they reverse over and under on player props, which is not like any other app, seems a bit of a tricky move on their part, oh well, many others who are much better with better prices on games and props!

SLOW withdrawals

Nothing special about this one. Withdrawals are slow and their customer support is pretty much useless.
I’m still waiting on my withdrawal to my PayPal account, in fact, no one from the “Payments Team” has even looked at my request - even though they’re supposedly working at this time.
I’m told their hours are 8am-midnight, so forget about even attempting a withdrawal later than that.

Too many other options for online casinos in PA that have instant or same day withdrawals. (DraftKings, PokerStars, BetMGM, Borgata, BetRivers, SugarHouse, etc.) Stay away from Caesars too - longest withdrawal wait ever!

Not good.

This casino is not good at all. I am a member if every online casino in Pennsylvania. This is the only one without a bonus system. The games do not ever land on bonuses either or free spins. You could spend hundreds on the games but it seems they are set for no bonuses to land and you don’t win much if at all. You could spend thousands here and ask support for bonus and be given $5. Which is a joke. There’s better options. You may win a small bit in the beginning but down hill after that.
