Downloaded app. Set up account. Immediately it was locked and I had to contact customer support, where I waited with no answer before I just left. No email confirming account creation, nothing. Think I will just go back to my previous betting app and save myself the hassle thanks.

Sign up bonus scam
I recently joined because of their signup bonus which is bet $20 and get $120 divided into 6 bonus bets per 6 days. I am getting into day 3, and received an email saying they will no longer give me and promotional stuff such as bet tokens, daily prize wheels, or the sign up bonus. My friend got an identical email. The interface is really bad too. I advise to move with caution with this app and use others if you are able too. Very shady.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, they make it so difficult as to make people give up. 3 times I was in chat for a simple issue, to only be told to go here there and get cut off from the chat. The last one was so bad I asked for specific instructions, once I got them I mentioned my concern about logging the chat out. “Oh don’t worry you will have it minimized” and guess what…
They want to frustrate you until the bitter end so that you give up. Or keep you tied up for hours doing circles.
The only good thing I have to say is that it’s been fine all summer. Had my little issue been resolved I’d continue using this site. However now that I see how they operate, forget it!

They not replying if any issues. And don’t have contact number in Canada. My withdrawal request since 2 months, they not solving.
Slow, lots of promotional issues
Slow apps buttons get “stuck” all the time. Automatically pick $10 spins on slots and make you reselect. Freezes constantly

Customer service is awful, I have been to 5 agents this week, am locked out and was told it was for 7 days, which is up and now it’s 4 more?? I emailed support as well and was told they’d get back to me and it was escalated, 5 days later no reply… I then was told to wait another 24-28 hours for a message that won’t come. I asked her to withdrawal my money manually since I’m “locked out” but still can login and she told me it’s not possible. That’s an absolute lie as I can login in and go withdrawal my money myself which I did. They are incompetent employees and don’t know what they’re doing, the fact she either didn’t know she couldn’t do it for me or simply didn’t want to, terrible service and shady getting locked out when you win but no if you lose

I won 100$ on slots and tried to verify my account using my passport and they locked me out of my account… tried to contact support but they dont have any way to contact about your account being locked.
Poor app in general
Poor app and poor overall provider. No cash out like other providers and lack of in depth player / team stats during matches. Bets do not update as games progress either. Betbuilders for example will not show winning legs of the bet as progressing through the match.
