Between Contractions

Between Contractions is a simple, private timer for expecting parents. Tap once when a contraction starts and again when it ends. The app uses only those manually recorded timestamps to show elapsed time, intervals, and history. It does not detect contractions automatically or use device sensors. The default alert follows the commonly used 5-1-1 timing pattern: contractions about five minutes apart, lasting about one minute, over about one hour. You can adjust the timing thresholds to match your own plan. Features include one-tap timing, private history, optional intensity and notes, English and Spanish, light and dark themes, widgets, Apple Watch support, CSV/PDF export, Siri shortcuts, and private iCloud continuity between your own Apple devices. Optional Partner Sync lets one subscriber share a pregnancy timer with up to four additional supported devices. The creator purchases a monthly auto-renewable subscription at the price shown by Apple; invited devices join free with a six-character code. Either connected device can start or stop the shared timer, and Restore Purchases reconnects the subscriber's access. Between Contractions is a self-directed parenting timer.
