Indispensable
My partner and I have been using Between for something like 7 years now (been together for 8 years). We love it. Once you’ve used Between, normal texts are boring and annoying. If my partner sends me a text instead, I actually get annoyed, like, “uhh why aren’t you using Between?” Our relationship grew more in the first month of using Between than the first 6-12 months we were together before it. The stickers are the greatest thing in the world. I could go on and on and on about how much I love the app, but suffice it to say that this is one of the few apps that I consider absolutely essential.

Between App
My husband and I love this app so much! We mainly communicate with Between as opposed to text. It’s highly reliable and includes a range of emojis which make things fun. Five stars!
What happened?
This was my review a few years ago: “For sure the best communication app for couples. My S/O and I love it. It has helped us organize in a better way, which is always a positive thing in a relationship.”
But now I’ve tried 6 months to get support and nothing. There is no response to my emails (~5) or to my direct messages through Instagram. It seems that there is no one at the other end.

My wife and I been using them for YEARS. Amazing app, all the storage space is soooo good, and the mochi stickers are the CUTEST THINGS EVER. (Get premium, you won’t regret) 10/10 Add: It feels like it’s been over 10 years now, still going strong! LOVE Between!!
Pictures since 2017 gone
Been using this app since 2017. Recently discovered that all the pictures in our albums since 2017 are gone. Please restore.

My wife and I absolutely love Between. It’s a fun way to interact with each other and log our memories together. The characters in this app are absolutely adorable. We would not hesitate to travel across the world for a Mochi plush.
Saves you from ‘wrong thread’ mistakes when texting your partner!
Been using this app for YEARS with my wife for being flirty or sexy or sharing photos. A separate app just for that purpose helps you to avoid those “wrong thread” mistakes.

ログインできなくなり、何度問い合わせしても返事無し。その後、お互いの情報を送って運営側で確認が取れればログイン出来るようになるとQ&Aに記載されてるのを発見し、その通り私も彼氏も送りました。それでも返事無し。仮に情報が間違ってたなら、その旨をするべきではないのかなと思っています。
今ログインできてる人たちは使いやすいと感じていると思います(私も思ってました)
今回誤ってアプリを削除してしまい、再ログインできなくなってしまいました。
いつかログインできなくなってしまった時など、運営側は誰も何もサポートしてくれないです。このような不安なアプリよりお金払ってでも日本が開発したアプリにすれば良かったと今は感じています。バックアップ取りきれてなかった数年間の思い出が消えてしまってとても悲しい気持ちです。

Amazing app but I lost all my photos and memories
I was in love with the app. But now I have lost all my memories of 10 years since The app no longer show my photos saved in the app. I have written multiple texts mails and everything. Still issue isn’t resolved .

Need help in data backup
Hi I'm trying to get in touch with the support team for a very long time now it is really frustrating that I keep on dropping an email and I do not get any reply on that hence I am mentioning it here I am using the app from 2018 and all my photos my videos are saved in this particular app but somehow they are not getting loaded I am not able to download them I'm not able to see them I can see half of my data and half is not getting loaded I'm not even able to view it out of 10 photos in an album probably I can see one or two and half of them are just invisible no matter how much I try I am not able to view them not even able to download them please please help me out here I am trying to get in touch with the team for a very long time and it is really frustrating
