Some people can’t stand ads...

I’m one of them. There are very few apps I will tolerate ads on, especially if they’re apps that involve a lot of navigation, and/or ads that are intentionally located to cause you to open them. If it’s an app I like well enough to think I’ll use it, I don’t mind paying $1.99 for an ad free version. ...What I truly loathe are apps like “Between the Walls”, which prompts you to purchase an ad free version, and when you do the ad bar at the bottom goes away, but as you’re playing you will suddenly popped into a bingo or some game for six year olds, and you have to take multiple steps to get back to your game. That is pure deceit. It’s fraud as far as I’m concerned. I don’t believe you should trust the TOS agreement or the wan app maker who will do that to adhere to any parameters

Hello BrainSaladSurgeon. Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied how no ads option works. Let me explain it a little. There are three types of ads in Between The Walls!: banner, interstitial and rewarded video. The first two are indeed intrusive and you cannot control when it will show unless you buy "no ads" and then those are disabled for good. However, rewarded video ads are always optional to watch. You can get a certain reward for watching it. For example, you can continue the game or unlock skins as a reward. We do not want Between The Walls! to be "pay to win" type of game and we decided to leave optional rewarded videos for everyone to use and benefit from. Hope that it is clear for you now. But if you still experienced some form of uncontrolled, intrusive advertising after purchasing "no ads" please contact us via support e-mail and we will fix this bug ASAP. Regards, Crazy Oyster
