Comments arrive in 1.1. After reading a friend's answer, the impulse was always there: to say something back, ask a follow-up, or just let them know it landed. Until now, there was nowhere for that to go. A like helped, but it isn't a conversation. Now it is. Tap the comment icon below any friend's answer. A short text field appears. Write what you want to say, what their answer reminded you of, a question it raised, or just that it stayed with you. They'll get a notification. Comments follow the same rules as answers. Only people who can already read a given answer can read or leave comments on it. Nothing leaks beyond your circle. Comments are capped at 500 characters, and you can delete your own. ————————— Finding people Two things changed on the search and explore screen. When you search for someone by name, you'll now see how many mutual friends you share with them. We've also added a suggested people list at the top of the explore screen, before you start typing. Friends of your friends, ranked by how many you have in common. If you joined the app and couldn't find anyone you knew, this is the fastest path to changing that. ————————— Fixes The weekly Sunday notification — the one that tells you a new question is up — was arriving late for some users, and not at all for others. Fixed. A handful of small UI refinements throughout. ————————— Thank you for using BetweenFriends. If you have feedback, we're listening.
