Very bad UI
The scale itself gives wildly different outputs within seconds of standing on it. The app design is just terrible.
Doesn’t sync right.
This app is supposed to work with my scale. It doesn’t log anything it will catch maybe 1 time a month and I get on everyday.

The scale upload inconsistently, the data on the app is not the same as the scale, no way to reset needs constant pairing.

It is not user friendly. I can’t figure out how to add other people. There’s no way to see the history either. What a disappointment.
App works but….
Th app records data and connected to the scale with the scale but does not sync with apple health which is why some would find it misleading considering the box said “compatible with iOS”.

Every few days it’s impossible to use the app. Error messages that an error occurred and to try later. Frustrating that you can’t track your readings on a regular basis. They need to correct problems to ensure app always working. If continues, I may start using a different app.
Super intuitive!!
Software is some of the best. It connects to Apple Health with a flip of a switch. Very intuitive interface that does 90% of the setup once you step on the scale.

Integration with Scale
Very poor integration with scale. It does not update with Apple Health for weeks, then all of the sudden the daily weight measurements show up. Go figure!

I like to live in the future but I never though I’d live to be 140+
Great scale
Not for sure how accurate it is yet but easy to use. It takes trial and error to get my blood pressure recorded but may be user error🫢
Unable to sync scale
I can find my scale with in health coach app but it jus keep telling me to accept in Bluetooth but it doesn’t appear
Frequent crash
It is difficult to enter in the steps counter because the program frequently crashes.
Useless device. Bluetooth doesn’t work
Device isn’t showing on Bluetooth settings on iPhone. A feedback form doesn’t provide a way to send for the feedback email to be sent. There’s no send button or to cancel. In other to go back to the app I had to restart it. No use.
Good app, some improvements needed
I use this app daily. Communicates weight with my Apple Health, wish it would recognize data from Apple health. Also would like option for dark mode and bolder lettering.
Doesn’t synchronize
The scale is so nice appearance wise and numbers are large enough to see very well. Accuracy is good. Big issue is synchronization
Seriously! Garbage
I’ve changed my password several times and get an invalid email password message when I login (not user error). Once in I can’t find an option or directions to pair with the scale. I definitely regret buying the scale
Doesn’t Sync With Apple Health
Just purchased a BF720 Bluetooth scale and setup was straight forward. The Beurer Health Coach app will only show weight on the homepage, and will not show any data from Apple Health, although I have run through the permission settings in both app multiple times. Would be nice to have it show my activity and sleep in the app, but the last update was 2 years ago so it’s probably way behind.
