BevAgent is a companion app for beverage-distribution drivers. After a driver activates the app with an employer-issued code, the app automatically records the driver's delivery route during each work shift using the device's location, so the distributor can measure and improve fleet operations. BevAgent is provided to drivers by their employer and is not intended for general public use. Questions from Review Team Question Set 1 — In-App Purchase / paid features 1. Who are the users that will use the paid features and services in the app? There are no paid features or services in the app. BevAgent Driver is a free business-to-business tool used only by delivery drivers employed by a beverage distributor that has contracted with BevAgent. Drivers do not pay anything and cannot purchase anything in the app. 2. Where can users purchase the features and services that can be accessed in the app? Nothing in the app is purchasable. The app is provided at no cost to the distributor's drivers. Any commercial arrangement is a business agreement between BevAgent and the distributor and is handled entirely outside the app — drivers never see pricing, billing, or a purchase flow of any kind. 3. What specific types of previously purchased features and services can a user access in the app? None. The app has no purchasable content, so there is nothing previously purchased to restore or access. 4. What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within the app that do not use In-App Purchase? None. The app contains no paid content, subscriptions, or unlockable features. All functionality (route recording during a delivery shift) is available to every authorized driver at no charge. The app does not include any payment SDK, paywall, or subscription tier. 5. How do users obtain an account? Do users have to pay a fee to create an account? Drivers do not self-register and pay no fee. An administrator at the distributor creates the driver in BevAgent's admin console, which generates a one-time activation (provisioning) code. The administrator gives that code to the driver, who enters it once to activate the app on their device. There is no public sign-up, no username/password creation, and no fee at any point. Question Set 2 — The activation code & data 1. How do users obtain the code? The code is a provisioning (activation) code issued by an administrator at the distributor through BevAgent's separate admin console. When the administrator adds a driver, the system generates the code; the administrator then shares it with that driver directly (e.g. by text or email). Drivers cannot generate codes themselves. 2. What is the code being used to do? The code is used once to activate the app and identify which driver the device belongs to. When entered, it is exchanged for a secure access token stored on the device, which authorizes the app to send that driver's delivery-route location data to BevAgent's backend. It is an authentication mechanism only — it does not unlock any paid feature. 3. Other than tracking the delivery route, can this information be accessed by any third party, such as retailers? No. The location data is shared only with the distributor that employs the driver (the operator of the BevAgent account) for route optimization and delivery operations. It is not shared with retailers, customers, or any other third party, and it is never sold or used for advertising or cross-app tracking. The only other recipients are BevAgent's infrastructure vendors (e.g. cloud hosting and mapping) acting under data-processing agreements, and law enforcement if compelled by a lawful legal demand.
