New Fitbit integration
The new Fitbit integration is awesome! Finally able to have a decent interface for all the data that Fitbit collects that google health ignores or dumbs down. Really the perfect combination.

I’ve been using a fitbit for a while and I was sad that there wasn’t any availability to sync with bevel, but now with the update i can sync my data very easily and has become a great tool!

Issues with AI
Seems good at first, the AI coach set me some step goals & nutrition and exercise bits relevant to 3rd trimester pregnancy. But then I checked and it didn’t actually amend my step goals or nutrition etc despite saying it did. I told it to report as a bug and it said update the goals yourself and it couldn’t report bugs. The AI also made mistakes updating my food diary too, logging stuff multiple times. In addition it was directing me to places within the app and then saying oh sorry that’s a previous app version. Honestly such a waste of time. Deleted the account and app after 2 day of attempting to use it.

Total data loss
Completely lost all workout data when I finished my workout on the Apple Watch. The session didn’t sync and all data is gone.
Great app fast updates
We wait years for Google, Apple or Garmin to release a feature that makes their devices better. Using bevel for the last 1.5 years there has been so many updates that have made the app better each time. Well done!
Game changer
Amazing app. Makes everything so easy. The AI chat is brilliant and I can scan my foods or take pics of them to enter them into the log thru the chat. I connected my Apple watch so everything. Is in one place and helping me stay on track with my health goals.

Some apps get you and will make you pay but Bevel AI doesn’t in the adds i seen on instagram their telling the truth must install if you wanna be healthy

Ads say it’s free, downloaded the app and it asks for a subscription (payment). False Advertising.
Making a difference
I’ve been using this app with my Apple Watch the last few weeks and it’s helped me in a few different ways. It’s helped me improve my overall condition by warning me about overtraining. I would feel guilty at times if I took a day off exercising. This app lets me know when I’ve overtrained and to take an easy day - which still encompasses mobility or walking but it stops me going to the gym when I am better to rest. My HRV is trending up and my VO 2. It also gives you suggested workouts and exercises to do to protect injuries. I haven’t used the nutrition part yet.

This app fully upgraded my diet and my goal for calories, the free version is just as good, it evolved the use of my Apple Watch
AI models are a bit suspect. Especially strength training
Models don’t analyze the data correctly. Wasting data usage because the AI models are poorly coded. Total scam.

Currently google health doesn’t write back hrv data to apple health, if you make it available ur app will get free publicity by even content creators as bevel option is available for iPhone users to share data from google health to apple health as Google didn’t complete its promise
