Downloaded app to try and renew books without needing to go into town. Couldn’t login with either mine or my daughters card and pin as it said credentials not recognised so the app is totally useless.
Rubbish
Slow ,never works , what is the point of it I pay hundreds in council tax use some of that to get better app programming
Has Potential
This app is so frustrating as it never seems to work correctly login in is an issue trying to renew books never seems to work
Does what I need
The app is developing well and provides all the services I need to make use of our local libraries.
