Money remittances issue
Pathetic service and remittances process. It tells you that remittances is free or there is an offer but as soon as you apply offer it doesn’t send money or your transaction fails. But if you pay transfer fees then it will process immediately. One star for fooling people for remittances.
Something Wrong
After an update there is something wrong, it doesn’t show the balance and I can’t send my money home. It’s always an error. I tried to wait for 6hrs to try again cause maybe it’s only from bad connection, and i tried it again. Same problem. 🤦🏻♀️

Now experiencing error on sending money . I dont know why, after an update happens 🤦♀️
Customer service is top notch
I love the customer service.. the best ever
if you have a problem, they'll just say that it's resolved
unsatisfactory call service. technical support does not know how to solve their app's registration problem. they just keep claiming that it's solved even if it wasn't

اسوء تطبيق و حراميه الله لايوفقهم
شحنت محفظتي وصرت ما اقدر اتصرف بفلوسي ولا استخدمها للبطاقة ولا اي شيء ! واذا بحولها لحساب لازم يكون بحريني مافيه تحويل لحسابي السعودي ، بالعربي تخلي فلوسك عندهم غصب عنك

Poor Support Service
Initiated international funds transfer, which remained pending for three days. Did multiple follow-ups on the email but no response. After three days on my follow up call it was informed that the transaction is cancelled and funds will be credited back to my originating bank in 5 to 7 workings days.
Pathetic service.
Quality concerns-
1. Why no response to the customer for three days.
2. Why the transaction was cancelled without proper reason.
3. After all this why the refund will take so much time of 5 to 7 workings days. Thats also from a money exchange.
Not recommended.

Worst financial app I had ever used, amounts keeps deducting from your account without any details and no one answers on the customer support number.

Lack of Details and over designed, Also Slow
Application should show beneficiaries account number or at leas last 4 digits, whenever we are sending the funds . I am selecting the name and not sure who will receive the funds as i have 3 accounts with same name of the person . And its not easy to get the receipt. yes we are getting the receipts but without account number , without proper charges , without ifsc code , account holder's bank address or name . z

Unsafe & Unreliable
I had few fraudulent transactions and raised a complaint, waited for months. No one will reply to emails or calls. No ticketing system or no support. High risk of having funds with them. Not recommended. STC Pay is much better.
Errors during sign up
I have been trying to sign up for a couple of weeks. First, i was on the waitlist, now I have finished the waitlist and I am asked for a selfie, my ID, and email, once I enter these three, i receive an error saying ( Oops! There was an error scanning your proof of address ), which I wasn’t asked to provide/scan. Once I press retry, I do the same thing again and again…

نسيت وش المشكلة بالضبط مع التطبيق لان حذفته ع طول ندري وش السبب الفهاوه الف 🤣🤣
اقترح يكون ربط بايبال فيه افضل مع الهوية والتحقق وتكون فيزا افتراضية مجانية يتم التفعيل تلقائيا اعتقد السهولة تنقصه بايبال مو معقد وفتحنا حساب خاص وبيزنز الخ اتمنى يتاح لكل الجنسيات مو لجنسيات محدده ياخي احنا بعصر السرعة افتراضية مجانيه رسوم ع التابعه للابناء للزوجة للاهل وهكذا راح يرتفع مستوى التعاملات البنكية وتكون توب بالمنافسة وشكرا
