Worst financial app
Worst financial app I had ever used, amounts keeps deducting from your account without any details and no one answers on the customer support number.
Lack of Details and over designed, Also Slow
Application should show beneficiaries account number or at leas last 4 digits, whenever we are sending the funds . I am selecting the name and not sure who will receive the funds as i have 3 accounts with same name of the person . And its not easy to get the receipt. yes we are getting the receipts but without account number , without proper charges , without ifsc code , account holder's bank address or name . z

Unsafe & Unreliable
I had few fraudulent transactions and raised a complaint, waited for months. No one will reply to emails or calls. No ticketing system or no support. High risk of having funds with them. Not recommended. STC Pay is much better.
Unable to transfer
The app was running fine all this time but for the last couple of weeks it just isn't allowing me to send funds internationally.

أن هذا العيب يعد عيبًا كبيرًا في التطبيق. يعني عدم دعم اللغة العربية، أن المستخدمين الناطقين بهذه اللغة سيواجهون صعوبة في استخدام التطبيق.
إن عدم دعم اللغة العربية يعرقل تجربة المستخدم، ويؤدي إلى عدم جذب المستخدمين الناطقين بالعربية، مما يؤدي إلى فشل التطبيق في المنطقة العربية. كما أنه يمكن أن يؤدي إلى خسارة العملاء الحاليين وعدم جذب العملاء مما يضر بسمعة بتلكو ويؤثر على عمليات التسويق المستقبلية للتطبيق.

Crap verification
I've tried the verification steps a ton of times it continues saying try again!!!!!!!
There is no option for manual verification I guess so this will take forever to verify my identity!!
