App is good overall, but what makes it really annoying is every time I open it and go to place an order, an ad pops up on the entire screen with whatever promo they have going, which is easy to accidentally click when I just want to place my order.

Lately when checking out the available pickup times do not show long enough for me to select. So it holds me up form ordering because I can’t select a pickup time only a pickup date.

could be worse but not great
visually appealing and straightforward but the latency is insane and makes me dread using the app
STOP ACCEPTING ORDERS WHEN YOUR STORE IS TOO BUSY
If your store cannot accept a pickup or delivery time at the specified time THEN DO NOT ACCEPT ANY MORE ORDERS. Your staff are clearly not paid well enough to handle the pressure and various attitudes.
Payment & Reward Options
Please consider adding more payment options at time of checkout such as PayPal, etc. I’m forced to place mobile orders at Starbucks instead of Beyond, which would be my preference, due to them offering an array of payment options other than card.
Also, revamping your rewards system, I see you’ve added more options recently but the amount of points you get to a dollar still remains the same which is the main issue. At one point I was eating here everyday and the amount of points I was getting compared to the amount I was spending on a day to day basis was quite discouraging and disappointing to say the least.
I love Beyond, I work at a mall and would literally eat it every single day and that’s not an exaggeration, if only the App offered more payment options and had a better rewards system. Other than that, everything else about it is absolutely perfect in my book!

App needs updating
Wouldn’t load while ordering
Error
Trying to make an account and it keeps saying connection problem. Tried multiple times.
App is messy.
adds are huge and obnoxious, have to re enter card information at least 10x before it reads it as valid. would be nice to know when the order is ready to be picked up! just not as convenient as I expected

Everyday I try to order an ad pops up, why is there an ad in an app where you are purchasing something. I know what I want and don’t need an ad slowing me down. It won’t even go away when you click something else.

Frustrating
Downloaded because they claimed to give a free smoothie if you download and register, but there was no reward to be found.
Please stop upselling
This app slows down my ordering process by making go back into my selections and click “NO” to solicitations for upselling. “No” I don’t want to add vitamin C. “No” I do not want to add a cup of soup. It does this when you are “reordering” a previous order - which is a feature that should be super convenient, but the experience is ruined by annoying upselling. And it wastes the user’s time.

Cannot get rid of notifications
Notifications show up at the badge level and no matter how many times I click it closed, it won’t go away from the badge level. I tried turning notifications settings off inside the app itself, but whenever I relaunch the app, they turn back on automatically. I had to turn them off within my phone settings. Also, there’s no place in the app to send any feedback or ask for any help. Plus, there are several things that appear clickable, but then don’t navigate anywhere.

Downloaded app as suggestion from a local misinformed tv channel. Waste of time since app fails to inform of limited area applicable. Good idea not well executed.
Convenient
I place my order online and it’s ready for me in the app shelf for me to pick up when I get there every time
