One of the best yoga and Pilates studios I have ever been to in the US or Europe.
I travel l lot but BHY is one of my favorite studios in the world. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and delightful. The work out is always challenging and I always depart feeling significantly better than when I arrived.
