Why are you not fixing this problem!!!!???
This app just stopped opening quite a long time ago, and the developers haven’t sorted it out yet.
I have a modern iPhone, so this VERY bad issue with the app should not be happening....and definitely shouldn’t have dragged on for so long!
I’m not the only person to complain about this.
We were tricked into buying an expensive Body Scale that claims to have an App, but that’s currently just a big LIE!
Please pay attention to your customers, or I will have to return the Scale and lodge a complaint ☝🏻
