Poor service as I’ve come to expect.
Been based overseas for the last 6 years and BFBS works occasionally. It’s currently saying that I am in the UK - I most definitely am not - so cannot access any TV services.
Broken app
App seams to just buffer or bug out and seems to think you’re still in the uk when you’re clearly not. Over the last couple months I am now experiencing a header that simply states ‘unable to play stream’. Stay away from this app not worth it at all.
Constantly buffering
A decent service for those overseas. But the app is really poor, constantly buffering when watching something on catch up. I’ve emailed and tweeted, and BFBS simply ignored me.

I’m in France using mobile data but can’t connect to UK channels via BFBS :-(
Has potential
Would be better if they showed all the channels, the F1 isnt on but AFL Australian football is on, no one is watching that.
App keeps thinking I’m in UK when abroad
I can’t watch anything as the app thinks I’m in the UK despite serving abroad. No VPN being used so the app should register abroad.
Can’t determine correct location
Trying to use the app on deployment overseas in the EU. Not using a VPN, the app decides that I’m in the UK and refuses me access to any of the services.
No longer works!
I am a serviceman currently serving in Italy. This app is quite frankly a disgrace. It is currently impossible to log in. When I try to log in, it tells me I must submit more information but then just returns me to the log in screen.
It is easily the worst app I have ever used.

First Class app!
Finally been updated to work better on big screen tv pairing, thank you! Login process easier too, much improved update
Utter Rubbish
Very poor connection especially on a weekend, updates are a rarity, so many military people depend on this all over the globe, massively disappointing!
By a distance, the worst App out there
Utterly awful app. Consistently fails to connect, zero support at a weekend, which is when the app will nearly always fail. Never a simple fix even on the rare occasions when there is a fix. Rarely an update to the app, which says it all really. Not continuously improved, not cared about.

Downloaded the app and only receive 3 nepalise channels. Nothing in English

Don’t even bother trying to watch any single big event on this. You’ll never be able to stream when there is a popular event and it will just wind you up enough times so that you write a bad review.
Can’t log on
I’ve got the app but no idea how to register or login.
When I try to register it takes me to the defence gateway login. No idea what to do after I’ve logged into that.

Unable to stream on iPad
As has been mentioned you are not able to stream on iPad, yet my iPhone is fine, please look at this and provide an update to enable iPad functionality again.
Just doesn’t work
Great concept, however once you get to the DG login page it just doesn’t work. Nothing happens. Zilch. Cheers.
Cant login from iPad
Since app update, i cant log in from iPad. It allows me to enter my username and password, however the login button doesn’t work and is then stuck on the log in screen.
Not working
Often goes down and will not let you log in, is this issue gonna get rectified any time soon?
